    1 VISION

    San Pedro College of Business Administration (SPCBA) vision statement is “A premier

    institution of higher learning in the Southern Tagalog Region committed to produce quality,

    technology-based and competitive graduates embodied with moral, social and ethical values who

    will be leaders in business, industry and society.” In my opinion, the institution dreams of

    producing quality, technology-based and competitive graduates to contribute on our country’s

    progress. As a student, I also dream to become competent and prepared enough to face the

    unusual things in my everyday life and I also dream that I could be a professional with moral,

    social and ethical values that I can use as I go to industry, business, society and my everyday life

    as well.

    1.2 MISSION

    The Mission statement of San Pedro College of Business Administration (SPCBA) is “to

    prepare the students to become effective and competitive successful leaders of society capable of

    making sounds contribution within the global market place.” In my opinion, this statement does

    provide the student to be prepare and to be competitive individuals so, that they able to speak up

    and to be a leader or a role model for their future plans. As a student of SPCBA since Grade 11

    up to now, I perceived that SPCBA doing the best way to execute their mission and also the

    teachers who have the absolute authority to facilitate learning and to discipline the students with

    different frame of mind. The goals clearly define what they want to their students to know and be

    able to do. The goals also describe how we are going to bring about the desired results and how

    we will know if our goals are being met. It is essential in every situation, especially in school to

    have a mission as our guide and foundation. The SPCBA Mission statement sees to it that every
    student must be prepare, competitive and audacity so, that they can contribute within the global

    market place.

    1.3 CORE VALUES

    The core values are also essential, it serves as guide in my learning process. We should

    practice the core values in any simple ways that we can do. The core values teach us to strive

    harder to be the best (Excellent) to obey rules (Disciplined) to be a great decision maker (Result-

    driven) and to do an act in the best interests of our environment and society as a whole (Socially

    responsible).

    2. DEFINE UNDERSTANDING THE SELF IN YOUR OWN WORDS

    It understands one’s own character, feelings, capabilities and information or it is like an

    investigation of self-control, self-esteem, self-actualization and self-concept.

    3. TOP FIVE WORDS THAT DESCRIBE MY PERSONALITY

    Success-oriented. I am always looking forward on success.

    Passionate. I am determined to break through any obstacle in life.

    Sociable. I am willing to talk and engage in activities with other people.

    4. EXPECTATIONS FOR THIS SUBJECT

    I expect that this subject would be fun and informative in order that I can apply the

    knowledge that I’ll learn in my daily life and I hope that there is no any problem/interruption in

    teaching because we know that online class isn’t easy, there are a lot of problems that we can

    encounter during online class.
