    TERMS AND CONDITIONS


    1. All rates are based on an open wiring cable installation (cable tie or clip only).
    2. Installs should be carried out in easily accessible areas without the need of additional labor work.
    3. Additional work not included in this quotation; underground cabling, redecoration, building work, removal of floor tiles,
    erecting poles, trunking / capping, exceptionally high ceilings, drilling through walls thicker than 150mm
    4. The components and installation (DVR and Cameras) are having 1year warranty and 3 times FREE check-up within warranty
    period.
    5. Payment Terms: 100% for the total cost of components and payment for labor after completion of works.
