    Timpanogos Legal Center is hosting a free 6-credit CLE conference on February 8, 2019 at BYU Law School from 8:00-4:00 on financial issues and special considerations in divorce. The conference will feature speakers covering topics such as the division of military retirement pay in divorce, common mistakes made when representing military clients, tax and legal updates related to alimony and service of process, bankruptcy issues in divorce cases, issues relating to the division of marital homes, and retirement and QDRO basics. Attorneys can register by emailing timplegal@gmail.com or can make a $200 donation if unable to volunteer for a pro bono case.

    This CLE is free for attorneys volunteering to take a pro bono case
    during the year or attorneys who are willing to help at our clinics.  If
    you cannot volunteer at this time, we suggest a $200 donation to
    Timpanogos Legal Center.
