CONTRACT OF LEASE - Lepon

WITNESSETH
For and in consideration of the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth , the
parties have agreed as they hereby agree, as follows:
1. The LESSOR are the registered owner of a parcel of land covered under TCT No.
T-38134, situated at Bogo City, Cebu, Philippines more particularly described as
follows:
“A parcel of land known as Lot No. 1478-A, being a portion of Lot No.
1478-A-1, Psd 07-047716, situated in the Bogo City, Municipality of Bogo,
Province of Cebu;
2. The LESSOR hereby agrees to lease to the LESSEE and the LESSEE hereby
agrees to lease from the LESSORS the PROPERTY;
3. PERIOD OF LEASE : The lease shall be for a period of THREE (3) YEARS, from
the month of August 10, 2017 and will expire August 9, 2020;
5. The LESSEE shall pay unto the LESSOR the sum of Twenty Thousand Pesos
(Php 20,000.00) Philippine currency, representing One (1) month advance and
One (1) month deposit upon signing this contract;
6. The LESSEE shall not alter any physical structure of the PROPERTY leased in
any manner and shall not build any improvement with permanent light
materials or permanent materials except for light material fence/gate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have set their hands this ____________ at
Bogo City, Cebu, Philipppines.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BEFORE ME, Notary Public for and in the City and municipalities comprising
the administrative area of Branch 61, RTC, 7th Judicial Region, Province of Cebu
personally came and appeared SEGUNDINO P. LEPON and SAANODING L.
DIMARONSING who have satisfactorily proven their Competent Evidence of
Identities, known to me and to me known to be the same persons who executed the
foregoing instrument and they acknowledged that the same is their own and free will
and voluntary act and deed.
This Contract of Lease consisting of two (2) pages, including this whereon this
acknowledgment is written, has been signed in every page thereof by the parties and
their instrumental witnesses.
