WATERTITE waterproofing membrane system always contain a two layers of membranes that
allows a better waterproofing & protection. This way, WATERTITE system significantly reduces
the leakage probabilities in comparison to the standard waterproofing systems, which causes
possible mistakes on the installation process and thus affecting water tightness.

necessity of using protection boards and provides even higher impact protection comparing
to standard protection boards.

WATERTITE system saves time and money for both Clients and Contractors. It provides easier and faster
application comparing to standard self adhesive membranes application process, allowing time saving of up to
30%. Saving is maximised in case when 2 layers of membrane and protection board are requested
because WATERTITE system removes necessity of protection board layer. However, time saving
exists even when 1 layer of membrane and 1 layer of protection board is specified because ap-
plication of protection membrane on base membrane is much easier and more convenient than faster application

Deep underground structures with high water table are highly susceptible to water leakages in spite of using the best
possible waterproofing systems due to the high complexities involved in such structures.

WATERTITE T5000 is a multiple layer waterproofing system


which is designed to provide a high level of protection in deep
structures subjected to high hydrostatic pressures. The first two
layers comprises of a 3mm thick SBS modified bituminous
torch applied membranes, where the 1st layer is laid loose on
the structure in order to keep the system independent of the
structural movement followed by the fully bonded 2nd layer
SA35
which is placed at 50% staggered overlaps over the 1st layer to
provide a complete seal against water penetration.
The waterproofing membranes are protected with a 3.5mm thick
self-adhering membrane which is surfaced with a tough 400gsm

polypropylene fleece.
This layer also functions as the 3rd layer of waterproofing along
with providing the protection against external damages. The
polypropylene fleece bonds completely with the concrete when 3

the RCC raft is casted to become a part of the concrete structure 2

thus preventing the lateral movement of water, should there be
any leakage post construction.

High rise towers or large developments which are designed with deep underground basements together with high water
table requires to be waterproofed with a suitable and highly efficient waterproofing system. The waterproofing system
requires to comply with a lot of complexities as encountered in such types of structures.

WATERTITE P5000 Waterproofing system is designed to


provide a highly efficient and leak proof system for deep
foundations and basements subjected to high hydrostatic
load pressures. The multilayer system comprises of a 2mm thick
PVC sheet membrane which is loose laid onto the blinding
concrete thus making it independent of the structural movement. SA35
A 3.5mm thick self-adhering bituminous membrane with a
tough 400gsm polypropylene fleece is laid on top of the PVC SP2000
membrane which functions to provide a protection to the
PVC membrane, together with providing a second layer of

The polypropylene fleece bonds completely with the RCC
concrete slab poured over it, thus making it a part of the concrete
structure. Should there be a leakage post construction, it 5

becomes easy to identify the point of leak and rectify it. 1

Waterproofing of deep underground structures exposed to high hydrostatic pressure is quite challenging as it has to
address various complex issues, the most important of all is to provide a complete barrier to the high water pressure
encountered in such depths.

WATERTITE PR5000 waterproofing system is a seamless


waterproofing system totally devoid of any joints or laps which
in major cases are the sources of water penetration. The system
comprises of a 2mm thick spray applied fast setting coating
based on Polyurea technology, which on curing forms a very
tough yet flexible waterproofing layer.
A 3.5mm thick self-adhering bituminous membrane surfaced
SA35
with a tough 400gsm polypropylene fleece is applied on top
of the waterproofing coating. This membrane functions as the PR20
secondary layer of waterproofing, as well as protecting the
underlying coating from external damages. The polypropylene 3
fleece bonds completely with the concrete when the RCC raft is 1

casted to become a part of the concrete structure thus preventing


the lateral movement of water, should there be any leakage post 2
construction.
Being a liquid based coating, it is ensured that even the minutest
of critical details are properly sealed and protected from water
penetration, ensuring a complete water tight seal all around the
structure.

Underground buried structures which are lying upto a depth of 5 m in a high water table area, are subjected to a cer-
tain level of hydrostatic pressure, which may not impart great stress on the structure but do require a properly designed
waterproofing protection and barrier system to prevent the ingress of water into the structure.

WATERTITE T4000 is a simplified yet highly efficient


waterproofing tanking system designed for such structures. The
system is a 2 layer waterproofing system based on torch applied
technology. The first and base layer is a 4mm thick SBS polymer
modified bituminous sheet membrane either fully bonded on the 4 Bitumastic
concrete or can be laid loose to stay independent of structural
movement in areas of possible settlement.
The secondary membrane is a 3.5mm thick self-adhering
modified bitumen membrane which is placed at 50% staggered
overlaps over the previous layer.
This membrane is surfaced with a tough 400gsm polypropylene
fleece, which functions to provide protection to the waterproofing 3
membrane against external mechanical damage together with

bonding with the RCC raft so that the system becomes a part of 1
the concrete. This membrane also behaves as a second layer of
waterproofing.

Foundations and basements of buildings or developments which are lying upto a depth of 5m with a certain level of
exposure to hydrostatic pressure, requires an easy to apply and at the same time an highly effective water tight tanking
system to prevent the ingress of water into the concrete structure.

WATERTITE S4000 is a highly efficient 3 layer waterproofing


system based on self-adhesive technology. The first two
layers incorporates a 1.6mm thick bituminous membrane
surfaced with a white cross laminated HDPE film. The 1st layer is
laid loose on the structure in order to keep the system 4

independent of the structural movement followed by the fully
bonded 2nd layer which is placed at 50% staggered overlaps
over the 1st layer to provide a complete seal against water
penetration.
The waterproofing membranes are protected with a 3.5mm
thick membrane which is surfaced with a tough 400gsm
polypropylene fleece. This layer also functions as the 3rd layer
of waterproofing along with providing the protection against 3

Shallow structures which are occasionally subjected to hydrostatic pressure due to the rise in the ground water table
requires a waterproofing system which is simple and easy to apply and at the same time be highly effective to prevent
the penetration of water into the structure.

WATERTITE S3000 self-adhering waterproofing system


comprising of a 2 layer application is designed for such
structures. The first and base waterproofing layer is a 1.6mm
thick self-adhering cross laminated bituminous membrane. The
secondary membrane is a 3.5mm thick self-adhering bitumen 4
Bitumastic
membrane which is placed at 50% staggered overlaps
over the previous layer.
This membrane is surfaced with a tough 400gsm polypropylene
fleece, and provide protection to the waterproofing membrane
against external mechanical damage together with bonding
with the RCC raft so that the system becomes a part of the
concrete. This membrane also functions as a second layer of
waterproofing.

Buried concrete structures are continuously exposed to rising ground moisture together with chlorides and sulphates in
the soil. Protection of such structures from the ingress of moisture is an absolute necessity to prevent damage to concrete
and embedded steel and long life sustenance of the structure.

WATERTITE S1000 damp proofing and moisture barrier


protection system comprises of a 1mm thick preformed self-
adhering bitumen sheet membrane, followed by a 3.2mm thick
asphalt impregnated protection board. The preformed
membrane is designed to provide a uniform protection to the

Shallow footings and foundations are continuously exposed to the ingress of moisture. Together with presence of cor-
rosive soil chemicals like chlorides and sulphates, moisture penetrating through the capillaries and cracks in concrete
surfaces causes great damages to the embedded reinforcement in addition to destroying the building aesthetics due to
rising dampness.

WATERTITE R1000 damp proofing system comprises of a


1.5mm thick high build seamless rubberized bitumen coating
as the damp proofing layer followed by a 3.2mm thick asphalt
impregnated protection board.
The seamless coating ensures that the concrete structure is
well covered and a continuous barrier is formed to prevent
the entry of moisture into the concrete. The coating upon
curing forms a highly flexible yet tough layer and develops the
capability to bridge any cracks which may develop when the
concrete structure undergoes any kind of stress at a later period
over its life span.
Being a liquid coating, application on critical details becomes
very easy to ensure proper sealing and protection from
moisture ingress. 2
