    TRAINING DESIGN

    I. Title: School Based In- Service Training on Teachers Professional Development

    II. Date: June 1-2, 2017


    Venue: Bukal Elementary School

    III. Participants:

    13 Teaching Personnel
    1 School Head

    IV. Rationale:

    School - based training is one way to help teachers gain deeper insights on the
    different trends in teaching. It helps teachers equip with enough knowledge and skills to
    keep abreast with the fast changing development in education.
    In this connection ,Bukal Elementary School will conduct a two day training for
    teachers to help them enhance knowledge on different classroom intervention , update
    themselves with the latest issues , prepare daily lesson plan and make instructional
    materials suited for their learners.

    V. Objectives:

    This School Training-Workshop aims to:


    a. Help teachers gain deeper insights about different rules and regulations.
    b. Enhance teachers’ knowledge on teaching and learning strategies essential for
    making classroom interventions.
    c. Provide opportunity for teachers to further develop their skills in developing
    instructional materials with the use of ICT.

    VI. Project Description

    d. Participants of this training – workshop will be 13 teaching personnel of Bukal


    Elementary School and the School Principal . This program will be on June 1 –
    2, 2017 with Bukal Elementary School as venue of the said event. The main
    agenda of this training is to enhance teachers knowledge on teaching and
    learning strategies essential for making classroom interventions.
