On February 4, candidates filed their certificates of candidacy for the positions of president, vice president, and other officers. Two parties campaigned from February 11-12, with a meeting on February 12 to present their platforms. Voting took place smoothly on February 13 from 1-3 pm with COMELEC officials assisting. The results were posted the next day, and the newly elected officers were announced on February 18 after the flag ceremony.
