    2. Please be informed that at about 09:00 in the morning of June 15, 2020,
    PCOL ROMY I PALGUE, Officer-In-Charge, Negros Occidental Police Provincial
    Office was invited as a Guest of Honor and speaker of Regional Training Center 6
    PLTCOL GIOVANNI A MUSICO Regional Training Director at RTC6 , Bakyas
    Mansilingan, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.

    3. PCOL PALGUE gave an inspiring message to the trainees and also led in
    lighting the torch run of friendship. He emphasized the importance of continuing
    education and respect for authority.

    4. Activity ended at 4:30 in the afternoon of the same date with positive
    results.
