    Online open tender are Invited by the Director (CDTL), I/c. GMSD, for work mentioned below from
    approved and eligible contractor (Servicing/Repairing/installing of Air Conditioners Window/Split) at various
    Section of GMSD, Mumbai.

    1. All tenderer must produce valid copies of documents showing eligibility, GST registration, Pan Card,
    Adhar Card, past experience in Repairing of Air Conditioners window/split. Scanned copies of these
    documents are required to be uploaded. Bidders will have to download the NIT documents, upload the
    same after signing the Terms and Conditions.
    2. Non-Comprehensive Rates for AMC are to be filled on BoQ only.
    3. Earnest money as mentioned above of Demand Draft in favour of Accounts Officer, Pay & Accounts
    Office, Ministry of Health & F.W., GMSD, Mumbai (Scanned copy shall be uploaded online and original
    to be submitted offline till the date and time mentioned above in the office of GMSD, Mumbai.)
    4. For submission of e-Tender, bidder are requested to get themselves registered with Central Public
    Procurement portal website at www.eprocure.gov.in. along with class II/III digital signature certificate
    (DSC). Manual bids will not be accepted.
    5. Any change/modifications in tender enquiry will be intimated through above mentioned website only.
    Price bid of a bidder will only be opened if
    i) The EMD cost is received offline till due date and time
    ii) Document uploaded by the bidder is found in order.
