COMPLIANCE
RG FIBROTECH will comply with all applicable EHS laws, regulations, RG FIBROTECH EHS
Standards and other requirements to which the organization subscribes related to identified
EHS aspects/hazards. RG FIBROTECH will conduct audits and implement practices to ensure
compliance with these requirements.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
RG FIBROTECH EHS will establish EHS goals, objectives and targets in conjunction with the
Businesses and to continually improve our performance and will publicly report our progress.
The RG FIBROTECH EHS Standards will establish controls and promote a positive EHS culture.

BUSINESS INTEGRATION
RG FIBROTECH will integrate EHS into business decisions to proactively ensure the health and
safety of our employees and communities while also promoting environmentally sustainable
practices. Specifically, RG FIBROTECH requires that an EHS evaluation be integrated into
product design, manufacturing and distribution business processes and services that will reduce
EHS risks, improve EHS performance of our operations, products and packaging across their
lifecycle and promote pollution prevention.

ENVIRONMENT AND CLIMATE CHANGE

RG FIBROTECH will minimize waste and emissions, reuse and recycle materials, promote
renewable energy use, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and conserve energy and water
wherever feasible, to minimize our impact on the environment.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

RG FIBROTECH EHS will establish health and safety standards that create a safe and healthy
workplace by working continuously to reduce hazards and risks to prevent work place injuries
and illnesses.

COMMUNICATION AND EDUCATION

RG FIBROTECH EHS will communicate this policy to employees, customers, shareholders,
suppliers, community and other stakeholders. RG FIBROTECH EHS Standards, Procedures and
other resources enable employees to implement this policy and share best practices
throughout RG FIBROTECH in order to promote continuous improvement and enhance
environmental, health and safety performance.

Our success will be judged in achieving the following objectives from our Company’s EHS Policy:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable EHS laws in which the Company operates.
• Manage EHS risk and performance effectively; actively seeking and acting upon meaningful
opportunities to reduce risk and improve our EHS performance.
• Reduce the EHS impact of our products throughout their lifecycle.
• Select suppliers and business partners with consideration of their ability to run safe and
environmentally responsible operations.
• Educate, train and motivate RG FIBROTECH colleagues to work in a safe, environmentally responsible
manner.

by governance arrangements that involve all levels of the Company. Our performance is monitored and

RG FIBROTECH recognizes employees as its most important asset and is committed to a safe and healthy
work environment impacting those working on, visiting or living near the company's facilities.
RG FIBROTECH is committed to make, handle, use, transport, sell or dispose of product in a safe and
environmentally sound manner.
RG FIBROTECH aims to prevent occupational injuries and ill health to any employee, contractor, service
provider or visitor, through the following actions:

 Actively promote, improve, develop and establish EHS policies, work practices, standards and
norms for all activities in the plants;
 Integrate EHS management system within day to day operations;
 Train, educate, support and motivate all employees to follow safe work practices and sustain
same through their active involvement and continued awareness. This will create a proactive
EHS culture, to achieve continual improvement in EHS performance. Likewise, Suitable EHS
induction will be provided to anyone accessing any of the sites of RG FIBROTECH;
 Monitor the working environment through inspections, surveys and audits on a regular basis
and improve working conditions and practices;
 Comply with all applicable statutory and / or regulatory requirements applicable;
 Aim to zero work related injury and illness through total commitment to employees at every
level in all plants/ units;
 Provide a framework for setting and reviewing safety, health, environmental and quality
objectives and targets;
 Involve all employees in implementations of this policy and provide appropriate training.
Provide for dissemination of information to employees on EHS objectives and performance
through suitable communication network;
 Follow a systematic approach to EHS management plan in order to achieve continual
performance improvement, prevent pollution, maximize recycling and reduce wastes, and
emission, minimize occupational health and safety risks;

 Each of our production unit has been constructed with taking utmost care of environment and
employee safety and are providing a safe infrastructure to our employees
 We have developed bilateral communication channels with our employees, customers, Suppliers &
contractors for suggestions and execution of EHS norms and periodic review of policy norms by our
experts
 Continuous safety inspections at all locations for noticing and correcting deviations in rules and
instructions as soon as possible
