    Sub- Letter of Offer

    Dear Vijay,

    With reference to your application and the subsequent interview with us, we are pleased to offer you an
    appointment with our Company as Software Engineer.

    As per our discussion, your gross annual remuneration will be Rs. 3, 00,000 /-(Rupees Three lakh only).
    As part of cost to company, You will be paid Rs 23,000/- (Rupees Twenty Three Thousand
    only) per month and the fixed bonus of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) will
    be payable only after completion of 1 year of service with the company.

    The allowance, Benefits and other terms and condition of your employment will be as per
    company policies as applicable from time to time.

    We expect you to join us on or not later than October 02, 2015. You will be issued a detailed
    Appointment Letter on joining the company subject to your references being satisfactory.
