    Salary Revision Letter

    Dear Kavin Kumar Shanmuga Sundaram,

    Thank you for your continuing support as a part of the TechAffinity family and being an active
    contributor to the consistent growth that the company has witnessed over the last year.

    Consequent to the review of your performance for the period of 01/04/2022 to 31/03/2023
    management is pleased to inform that your salary has been revised to Rs. 8,02,541.00 effect from
    01/04/2023. The detailed pay structure is annexed as a part of this letter.

    Please make a note of the following:


    1. No part of this letter is to be discussed or disclosed with co-workers or any third part. This is
    against the terms of your employment.
    2. On acceptance of any change in Salary, you agree that you would not resign for 3 months from
    the date of accepting Salary Revision Letter.
    3. Any resignation within this three month would automatically revise your Salary to the earlier
    one with immediate effect and the difference of New Salary will be deducted from the next
    month salary.

    Once again, thanks for your continued support and we look forward for another stellar year ahead.
