CHAPTER V

PROPONENTS & MANAGEMENT ASPECT

The chapter presents the proponents, management aspects, source of fund,

organizational structure, and qualification of the personnel, job description, and personnel

plan table.

A. Proponent

The business is a sole proprietorship type of business. The proponent is a

Financial Management student of Surigao del Sur State University. He will overlook the

employment of the proponent, income generation, and operation of the proposed

business. He will also become the manager and the cashier of the business. The capital

of the business will come from the personal fund of the proponent.

B. Management

All businesses need a proper management in order to be successful. Thus, the

proposed business will be managed by the proprietor himself, who is responsible for the

overall operation of the proposed business. Transformational style of management will

be a good choice for the proprietor to manage his team which transcend to a good

relationship towards employer and employee. The management will be headed by the

owner himself; the cashier is the one who is trusted the most by the owner because

he/she will be in charge of the money in every transaction; packer and the saleslady/boy

will be in charge on how to market the said product of the business. In decision making,

the proprietor will be the one to manage with his employees for a good and smooth

planning. In marketing the product of the business, the management will be tackling the

best tactics they will have to provide a good marketing towards the customers.
