Dear Ma’am /Sir

Subject – Permission for Canopies and Guest lecture by Sponsors

This is to humbly request you that AIESEC being a non-profit organization we

have no means of looking into the logistical needs of the exchange participants
and hence we approach sponsors. I would be highly obliged if you could grant
our sponsors permission for a guest lecture by their representatives and allow
them to put up 2 canopies in your institutions premises.

Thanking you

Yours Sincerely
