DIFFUN DISTRICT 1
Program Description In order to ensure the academic success of learners and meet the
DepED’s battle cry on quality education (#para sa bata), teachers
as well as School Heads must be supported to continuously
improve their practice and equip with skills. One way School
Heads and teachers can grow is by learning from each other, if
given the right opportunity and context.
At the beginning of the school year, teachers start working to
achieve their targets as required by RPMS. They need documents
to show that they have done so. Teacher I, Teacher II and Teacher
III are expected to use the tool for Teacher I-III (Proficient
Teachers). They have to keep relevant documents as they become
available throughout the year. To prepare their portfolio they need
to organize documents properly and accurately. MOVs to be
prepared can be gleaned on RPMS Manual for SH and Teachers
and can be reviewed on the PPST Modules.
So that, this program is designed based on the Division
Memorandum No. 21 s. 2019 which is all about Interdisctplinary
Management And Leadership Enhancement Training Program
with the theme: "Transcending Boundaries by Intensifying
Performance Management and Integraling Plans, lnnovations &
Actions"

attitude to enable them to carry out their responsibilities to the

and learning to happen.
On top of that, the proposed cluster-based training-workshop will
also engage teachers to embrace continuing effort in enhancing
competencies and for instructional leaders and coaches to provide
support mechanism for teacher’s professional development. It is
also a way of updating teachers' skills and knowledge for
