Dear

Parents,

During the week of February 4th through February 8th we will celebrate the 100th

participate, but this is not mandatory.

Each child will decorate a brown paper bag with 100 items! Parents you can ask for
this at your local supermarket (Publix/Fresco), then decorate with your child. Use
anything you want: stickers, pom-poms, marshmallows, buttons, wiggly eyes….Have
fun!

2. DRESS LIKE YOU ARE 100 YEARS OLD! Friday, February 8th
We will have a brief parade around the back entrance of the school. Morning
sections will do this at 8:30 a.m and afternoon sections will do this at 12:30 p.m. All
parents are welcome!
Girls can: use pearls, put their hair in a bun and sprinkle with baby powder,
reading glasses, use a cane.

All sections will be participating in different activities during Language Arts. These
will vary from day to day: writing, art, and counting activities. We will also need
some snacks, the children will make their own trail mix of 10 different snacks to
make a bag of 100 items. Home Room parents will be contacting you for snack
