Filipino Style Sushi

The Business Concept and the Business Model

Sushi is one of the famous Japanese foods and nowadays, sushi has become a trend in the
society. That is why we came up with the idea of making Filipino style sushi. We would like our
customers to remember that (we should not forget how great Filipino foods are and these Filipino
foods can blend with other country’s foods.)
<Name of business> is a start-up business in the food industry. <Name of business> was
established last <date>. It is run by 9 investors with equal ownership. <Name of business> offers
sushi rolls with high quality at reasonable prices. We offer a unique concept because normally;
sushi is made of small pieces of raw fish that are wrapped in rice and seaweed but this time sushi
is made of Filipino viands such as adobo, menudo, etc. that are wrapped in rice and seaweed.
<Name of business> will raise revenues by increasing the number of customers through
the use of advertisements such as online ad, flyers, tarpaulins, etc. Target marketing will cause
the revenues to materialize because it helps to analyze data on customers, purchases and
preferences that will develop targeted promotions based on strategic plans. It is also the tool to
hit specific customers with ad messages and promotional offers that align with the customers
buying patterns and preferences that will benefit the business to grow revenue.
