    Sir / Madam,

    You are informed to prepare the statement of the funds received


    from various Line departments / G.P. development fund. The statement
    should also show the utilization of the fund and the balance amount
    remaining at the disposal of your Gram Panchayat Account This should be
    made available to the undersigned before the commencement of audit by the
    Chartered Accountant i.e., before 15th December 2008.

    The date may be strictly adhered please.
