Similar to Fargo tv show. But Fargo had a Mary Sue type of a hero. Here the heroes are humans!
If you liked Fargo. You like the "little town feel"... You like the awesome actors. Here you have all of it. But This tv show does not have the thing that sucked in Fargo. Here heroes are humans! There is no Mary Sue BS here, no irritating super humans! Here heroes have flaws, they are not perfect! In the Tourist TV Show heroes are just humans!
Basically someone remade Fargo. Moved the story from US to Australia, In Fargo we have a small town, here too! In Fargo we have excellent actors, here too! But there is no BS here is no Mary Sue BS. What a relief!

Haters did not like that this movie showed real USA. Drugs, homelessness.. Post apo country. Idiocracy? Nope, just posr apo!
I liked this movie. You can not expect perfection, when the budget is small. So smol! What i liked? Music! I love 80s style music! The cast is ok. I don't know how they managed to get such a cast! If you are ok with movies that are not perfect you can like this film. Yea it could be better but... Try not to judge this movie and just enjoy! LA! An post apocalypse area. Gangs, homeless people... USA is going down, people do drugs, can't find good enough jobs to pay rent. Life! Hard times.
