Are all the things this show claims true? I really don't know. A quick Google search confirms some of the connections I seen in this show but that doesn't mean a whole lot. I only seen the episode about ghosts and it was a fun take on the subject. Some of the connections felt a little like they were overreaching but they are still valid.
I like these kind of mysterious documentary shows and I liked the interviewed subjects. I would really like to know where I can find more episodes because I would watch them. My review of the ghost episode is that it was an interesting thing to watch. These lesser known conspiracies and supernatural things are pretty cool all around.

This second swing of strange and unusual stories and ideas comes out swinging and you quickly pick up that the production value was higher this time around. This is a continuation of 'Dark Passages' which I enjoyed.
The episode 'Are you my ghost' was an interesting take on hauntings and ghosts in general and the 'You watch you die' was creepy enough. All the familiar faces make a return as well as some new ones.
Much like Dark Passages 1 I'm not sure where I stand on if I believe everything they say but that is the point. Make your own decisions. At least what I seen was entertaining and pieced together expertly.
'History's Greatest Mysteries' 'Oak Island' and 'Book Of Secrets" fans should enjoy this non Hollywood showcase of the weird and unusual.

DarkER Passages had some interesting theories this showing. Some of what was shown was enough to give me goosebumps. I also seen Dark Passages and although I liked it I didn't love it. For this continuation I think it was better then the original. Ghosts and Jim Jones and cursed things are all highlighted in these episodes and they just felt a little more interesting to me. The cast appear to be mostly the same with some new faces for good measure. I swear the person narrating this was the ghost of Robert Stack from Unsolved Mysteries. :D
A good show if you're into creepy doc style shows. 7/10.

This was a pretty good show even if a little dramatic sometimes. Especially Mr. Connery. I can't tell if he is excited or angry but he is fun to watch. The show takes normal people and they talk about paranormal things like spirits and curses. They even have an episode about different cults and add a supernatural twist to it. I am in no way saying I believe everything in the show but it is a fun and interesting take on things sometimes. My favorite episode is probably the one about curses but the ghost episode is pretty good. If you are looking to just turn off your brain and watch this show is pretty entertaining sometimes. I also liked that the episodes do not overstay their welcome.

You will either love it or hate it but IMO this show was pretty good. I came across it on Tubi and realize there is also another similar show called Dark passages. I will have to check that one out. If you like staples such as Unsolved Mysteries Weird or What or the new show the Unbelievable you will probably like this. Standout episode for me was Are you my Ghost but they were all pretty good. Don't expect a ultra budget History channel show but it was entertaining and sometimes even a little eye opening. If you like supernatural or cult themed content you will probably like this show. Eight out of ten but results will vary on the person watching.

If you are wondering what this shows equivalent would be if it were a magazine or newspaper it would be the tabloids. The show picks a topic and goes to town with it. It can be a little. What I can appreciate is the information and amount of detail in some of these theories. There are some nice connections made for those poor souls who want to believe this. At best Dark Passages was mildly entertaining. At its worst points it fell a little short of the mark. This docuseries still filled some time.
Best episode for me was the one about the cults followed by the one about ghosts. Not a bad independent production but not a great one either.

I don't think this show deserves an 8, but it probably deserves a little more than a 7, so my actual rating is 7.5. Darker Passages will not change the world or expand your mind to unimaginable levels, but it is a pretty alright show. Its expansion on some things, like ghosts and cults, and its addition of a paranormal twist to things you would not expect are fun ideas. This show is pretty much the same ilk as the Unexplained or Ancient Aliens and fits right in to the current explosion of TV documentary series. I watched it over the course of a week and would recommend it to people just looking for some easy entertainment who like this sort of thing.

I enjoyed the previous show and really enjoyed this one. I only managed to catch 1 episode when I came across it but it was bigger and better then the last show. And I really liked that one so I'm happy this one seems to be bigger and better. The topic of the episode I seen was ghosts and I really liked this different take on the supernatural. There are some interesting concepts at work here. I'm really looking forward to watching the rest of the episodes when I find it again. I hope the content is as good as the episode I already seen. If you like supernatural and legends/conspiracy documentary type shows you'll probably like this one.
