In the film , co-joined twin's body part was made up of chemicals and silicon which was imported from USA. The artificial conjoined body part was broken 3 times during shoot and about 2 million INR were spend for this alone.
The film had 1 million negative roles which is set to be a record where as an ordinary film would have only 300000 to 500000 negative roles.
A 10 minutes fights scene was filmed at MGM , Chennai. It took nearly 25 days to complete the fight scene.
Several actresses were considered including Taapsee Pannu, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka Sharma, with Kajal Aggarwal eventually grabbing the lead actress role.
