In 2014 "Tabac Rouge" received a Molière Prize for Visual Creation (scenography, lights, costumes). In 2015 James Thiérrée won the Richard B. Fisher Next Wave Award as Best Performing Artist and the production was nominated for an Olivier Award in the category "Best New Dance Production".
