This article contains spoilers for the Sept. 24 episode of “Dancing With the Stars.”
Week 2 of “Dancing With the Stars” was “Oscars Night,” with couples dancing to songs from films including “Barbie,” “A Star is Born,” “La La Land” and “Superman,” while Olympic rugby player Ilona Maher and pro Alan Bersten both lifted each other in a Salsa set to to “(I’ve Had) The Time Of My Life” from “Dirty Dancing.”
We also saw not one but two stars going home, including much-protested con artist Anna Delvey — whose casting was even called out by fellow ABC show “The View” — and “Beverly Hills, 90210” star Tori Spelling. The double elimination was announced during last week’s premiere, where no cuts were made. Points from last week were carried over to Tuesday night’s show.

Not to be a hater here, but the fact that Pretty Little Liars on Max got canceled after two seasons is a good thing in my book. Per TVLine, the streaming service has chosen not to continue forward with a season 3. Which means this is the end of the road for this group of liars. And well, I've certainly had enough.
Look, overall Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin (season 1) and Pretty Little Liars: Summer School (season 2) did have their good moments. But for me, the bad outweighed the ones that stood out and actually made the show interesting. I liked how the first season incorporated the moms and that whole backstory. Losing that in season 2, the horror drama lost its intrigue and uniqueness for me. And just overall, the series just didn't have the same pizzazz as the original Pll.
Plus if you really think about it, there weren't...

The slasher-themed relaunch of the series “Pretty Little Liars” began with “Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin” back in 2022, and it was followed by new story “Pretty Little Liars: Summer School” earlier this year. Unfortunately, the slasher spinoff has been cancelled.
After two seasons, “Pretty Little Liars” has been killed off at Max this week.
“While Max will not be moving forward with a third season of ‘Pretty Little Liars,’ we are so grateful to our co-creators, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and Lindsay Calhoon Bring, as well as the team at Warner Bros. Television, for reintroducing fans to this new iteration of liars who band together to fight the latest creepy villain terrifying Millwood,” Max said. “Their unique and modern creative vision – combined with the immense talent of our cast and crew – gave the series a fun, horror-filled point of view that paid tribute to its original Rosewood roots.”

Tell Me Lies season 2 is now streaming weekly episodes on Hulu, and the second season definitely delves into more secrets, lies, and the toxic relationship between Lucy and Stephen. But this time in a slightly different way because they're not together. Though that doesn't mean he doesn't still try to get under her skin.
The show is also about the friend group and how they manage to keep secrets from each other. Some of them big like the fact that Evan and Lucy drunkenly slept together at the end of the first season. This has lead Bree, even though she doesn't know the woman was Lucy, down a surprising path with professor Oliver.
It's no secret that Tell Me Lies is one of the more popular shows on streaming. And if you're currently enjoying the season and looking for something with the same vibes, or you're thinking ahead to when...

‘Dancing With the Stars’ Season 33 Premiere: Chandler Kinney Tangoes to Chappell Roan’s ‘Hot to Go!’
This article contains spoilers for the Sept. 17 episode of “Dancing With the Stars.”
The Season 33 premiere of “Dancing With the Stars” kicked off Tuesday night with controversial con artist Anna Delvey, popularized in Netflix’s “Inventing Anna,” dancing in a bedazzled ankle monitor. No one was sent home in Week 1, but co-host Alfonso Ribeiro announced that there would be two eliminations next week.
Delvey ended up in the middle of the 13 couples score-wise, but at the top of the leaderboard was “Pretty Little Liars” star Chandler Kinney, who performed a sizzling tango to “Hot To Go!” by Chappell Roan with partner Brandon Armstrong.
Judge Bruno Tonioli told Kinney, “Oh my God, this was one of the best [first dances]” ever, while Carrie Ann Inaba told her it was “amazing” and that the actress had “set the bar” for Season 33. In the season 8 premiere of "The Big Bang Theory," Kaley Cuoco's character Penny debuted a shocking haircut ... and apparently, the actor sort of regretted it in the first place.
For the previous seven seasons, Penny was known for her flowing blonde locks — and as Cuoco revealed in Jessica Radloff's oral history "'The Big Bang Theory:' The Definitive, Inside Story of the Epic Hit Series" (via Us Weekly), she didn't necessarily tell anyone about the big chop. I"I just f**king cut my hair off and didn't tell anyone," Cuoco said. "I did it for an independent film called 'Burning Bodhi,' and basically showed up to our 'Big Bang' wrap party with short hair."
Not only did Cuoco need to cut her hair for "Burning Bodhi," a 2015 film that co-starred Sasha Pieterse ("Pretty Little Liars") and Meghann Fahy ("The White Lotus), but she was...

The world of reality media entertainment has more drama than all of Big Little Lies and Pretty Little Liars combined. Despite the existence of endless shows like 90 Day Fiancé, the market for this particular “genre” never seems to run out of demand. In turn, fans enjoy a constant voyeuristic supply of hysterical, disastrous, and often annoyingly enviable relationship drama that pairs up strangers by exploiting their need for companionship and fear of missing out.

Lucy Hale said this week “life feels so good” after getting sober, also recounting her “rock bottom” at age 32 before deciding to give up alcohol.
Hale, who is two-and-a-half years sober, told People she “made the choice” to “do everything I could to get sober” on Jan. 2, 2022.
“It was the scariest choice in my life, but also it’s been the best gift,” Hale said. “When I made that change, everything else changed. My whole life has changed.”
The Pretty Little Liars actress recalled “hitting rock bottom” at age 32 shortly before making the big decision. “I always had a desire to change, but with any form of addiction, you become powerless to this obsession,” she said.
For Hale, addiction started in her teens. “Since a very young age, I always felt alone and misunderstood,” she said, adding that alcohol “shut my brain off.”

In the immortal words of the great Michael Bolton, how can we be lovers if we can’t be friends? How can we start over when the fighting on Tell Me Lies never ends?
After an intense and riveting first season, the Hulu series is back with more drama, intrigue, and secrets. With a solid seventy-three percent on Rotten Tomatoes, this show was clearly missed.
Tell Me Lies is a series at the forefront of what has become the “evolved human experience” in teen and young adult programming.
(Josh Stringer/Disney)
Yes, that means way more sex, but it also means more raw and vulnerable moments with characters that are forced to grow and change due to life.
It also doesn’t hurt that everyone on the series is hot enough to be on a CW show.

Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa is a busy man, constantly involved in many different projects. Most people know him as the creator of popular TV shows Riverdale, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, and the Pretty Little Liars reboot series. Now, he's set to make a live-action Bat Boy series for Netflix alongside One Piece co-showrunner Joe Tracz.
Some people might know of the fictional creature Bat Boy, while others may not. The character, who is a half-bat, half-boy, appeared in the American supermarket tabloid Weekly World News in the '90s. His story would be turned later into an Off-Broadway musical, Bat Boy: The Musical, in 1997. However, it's important to mention that there won't be any connection between the musical and this new live-action series.
Aguirre-Sacasa will executive produce Bat Boy through his banner, Muckle Man Productions, and his overall deal with Warner Bros. Television. In addition, Tracz, Jimmy Gibbons, and Weekly World News...

Layoffs are underway at Disney Entertainment Television on Wednesday. Roughly 140 people are affected, representing about 2% of the total Det workforce.
National Geographic is the hardest-hit brand with about 60 layoffs, or some 13% of its staff. Other significantly impacted divisions include the ABC Owned Television Stations, Freeform, the operational side of the Disney linear entertainment networks, Unscripted, Marketing and Publicity. No teams are being eliminated.
Not surprisingly, Disney’s linear networks are taking the brunt of the staffing cuts, particularly those that do not provide the company’s streaming platforms with highly popular originals such as FX’s Shōgun or ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy that drive viewership and subscriptions.
The layoffs had been planned for months as part of a streamlining strategy at Det, with department heads given targets to hit after a division-wide review. Almost half of the eliminated positions are in Burbank, where the Disney Studios is located, and the...
