Pascal is an only child descended from English on his father's side and Scottish and Irish on his mother's. Pascal was born in Palos Verdes California in 1974. He moved with his family to Oakton Virginia when he was 3 and started playing the piano when he was 4. Pascal attended The Potomac School in McLean Virginia and started acting and playing soccer when he was 7. Pascal moved with his family again, this time to Houston Texas where he continued his acting and soccer pursuits. Pascal attended the Awty International School where he captained his high school soccer team, as the goal keeper, to three consecutive Texas state championships, two
undefeated. At 15 Pascal learned to play the drums and thanks to his classical training as a pianist, gravitated toward heavy metal.
Due to numerous injuries to his fingers from playing goalie he chose not to attend Rice University's school of music to pursue piano
composition but return to his home state of California to pursue making movies. Pascal did his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California where he majored in theatre and minored in film production. He returned to USC for his masters degree in film production, and debuted his thesis film, "The Cop, the Priest, their Chicks, and a Rockstar", at the Director's Guild in 2001. Pascal recently returned to Houston TX where he will film his 3rd and 4th feature films.
