This marks the first appearance of Ai Haibara, as Vi Graythorn in the English Dub. Oddly, she was never introduced in the English dub due to Funimation canceling the dub only a few episodes short of her debut. Weirdly, she appeared in the movie, but for English only viewers, people questioned who she was because she was never introduced before.

Best Movie

This is still the best detective conan movie. Nothing will top the DCMK plot We need more movies like this one, we've had enough of those new characters with no depth and lack of uniqueness. The og characters and plots were so well written and intriguing and interesting I miss this peak era of Gosho Aoyama. My only hope now is to see them go back to focus more on DCMK instead of trying to shove their new useless characters down everyone's throats by force.
