Leif Garrett made this film after a proposed biopic of "Little Red" Danny Lopez was canceled. He had his trademark long hair cut for this film. Afterwards he grew his hair long again, but then had to have it cut short for The Outsiders (1983).

Great film

Leif Garrett was excellent as Paul Rogers. Linda Manz and Ralph Seymour were over the top but the film is great fun. I liked it more than "Skateboard".
