In this age of feminism , i found particularly interesting that this movie rates on this site
8/10 by women 18 to 29 years old and 6.3/10 by women 30 to 44
older women 44+ give this a 3.4/10
so basically the reviewers are ok sharing an alpha male between several women instead of settling for a monogamous relationship with a lower tier status
it make one think about the future of the western world when the women who are the ones to carry the next generation will share a man if he is alpha...
This movie is totally political and not in a good way

When one hears the opening line of this movie, about the abuse of Columbian coffee pickers, one with a sense of intelligence knows that, this is going to be a piece of crap. A movie tells a story, coffee doesn't. It could be a good movie but, it's opening dictated that it wasn't going to grab the attention of the audience. I could be wrong but, this audience of one wasn't grabbed, and this audience of one was not going to waste time on this movie. I like movies but, they have to engage, the opening sequence did not. I could be wrong, I'll never know.

Indeed, hyped up and illogical nonsense. Appealing mainly to those who make excuses to themselves and others because they can't make their minds up on whether they prefer men or women more and gives many people that little push to go for both just because they can. In a way, this was just a desperate attempt (hence the unfunny dialogue that's apparently classed as hilarious stuff) to drag us into this new 'anything goes' or 'anything LGBT is now normal' kind of world.
For instance, look at the front cover of the movie. That told me everything I knew I'd have to watch. An African man on one side, holding two women and the cover is bright pink. Yep. Here we go. Oh and the leads can't act.
I'm waiting to hear this great witty piece that critics raved about; but I've not. What on earth is funny about a couple of pretty and quite petty girls silly LQBT lifestyles with an over weight woman, some 'fifty shades of grey' bondage stuff, yet another African male (no offence but that's getting really predictable now) sone bright colours, some three-way hot but not at all hot moments and endless stupidity on the side? Right. Nothing.

The first 10-15 mins are kinda bad, the acting feels kinda awkward and the writing isn't great but once you move past that it lessens (that isn't to say its completely gone)
But it does improve and becomes a compelling film that you should at least watch once.

I loved this movie-the sweetness, the humor, the diversity. And as a bisexual, it was so relatable. The dating scene montage remains my favorite. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to see queerness and polyamory in a refreshing light.

Spike Lee tried something similar - and when he did it, I thought: of course people will be interested with a premise like that. Or at least a lot of people might be. This is a different bi-st (spelled beast - as in I am using a pun here).
But apart from any wet dreams you may have (and there is a fair amount of nudity and love making, but nothing that is there to excite or entice you in and of itself): this is a drama. This is about someone finding their own self - and their dreams and what they want to make of their life(s) ... really well acted. Even in moments that you may find cringe. Life is not always a smooth operator (does this count as a pun?).
Watch at your own peril and hopefully with an open mind. The movie deserves that - all involved in it too. They are being true to themselves and the subject matter.

Fun new modern twist on a rom-com... quirky, sexy and enjoyable. Also filmed in Chicago!

A modern take on the rom-com formula, 2 in the Bush is a delight.
Dating is, and always has been, more complex than often portrayed. This movie doesn't shy away from that, exploring sexuality & relationship styles & expectations within an inherently enjoyable genre.
It's a bisexual tale of polyamory that is at once funny & heartwarming.
10/10 Would reccomend

I've never seen a movie like this! It's a queer, polyamorous rom-com that's so sweet and charming! I'm sure there are folks that aren't gonna like it, but if you're open-minded there's so much to fall in love with. Enjoy!

As a bisexual and polyamorous woman, I really appreciated this film. It's also just a generally great take on modern dating, LGBTQ visibility, and the importance of sex work.

I've never seen a movie like this, so gentle and talking about different topics and with such a loving poli triangle. I felt truly represented for the first time.

This is a solid indie film with a truly unique story. Great dialogue, great performances, warm and funny. Highly recommend to those looking for a totally different kind of rom-com.
I love this movie. It presents a fresh take on modern relationships and treats it with care. The acting is fabulous and the plot is delightful

This is a smidge of a slow burner, the beginning is a bit "huh?", but once it gets going it's a fabulous story. It's about time we had more films and media out there telling a different narrative to "boy meets girl, and they live together as two".
The dating / hook up section of the film was all too painful and realistic, but then also hilarious.
All the characters are wonderful, the actors beautiful and unknown to me. This film broadened my horizons and warmed my bisexual heart. The unconventional nature of the film also warms me. I was really worried where the writers were going to take this and I was so happy with the outcome.
One of the best films I've watched in a long long time and the first film to make me want to write a review.
The best line in the film comes from fabulous Rosa and says it all.. "Just because you haven't read this in a book, or seen this in a movie to tell you it's right, doesn't mean its wrong" 🙌🏻

It is surprising to me that it has such a low score. Occasionally the acting doesn't hit a mark but the issues the movie is dealing are handled so deftly.
As a guy who has been in a poly triad/throuple/triangle (pick your preferred term) for the past 15 years this reflects experiences I have had. There is drama, definitely, but also joy. There are only handfuls of movies which represent those experiences.
I thank the filmmakers for creating this one.
Some aspects might've even gone too smoothly but I think not unbelievably so. Sometimes everything just clicks into place. NRE can give that sense and doesn't necessarily have to have a hard fall.
