A creepy mute is mistaken for a new neighbor in an apartment complex overrun with hippies. Though they are polite and accepting, the creep proceeds to completely ruin the vibe one prank at a time. He replaces veggie burgers with real beef. He swaps there "good acid" for "bad acid". He urinates in their bed. He even sexually defiles one character's stuffed Grateful Dead bear. When the creep is exposed for his antics the hippies plot revenge. Lucky for the creep, there are others that share his disdain for the tree huggers.
