Consulate Attache Robert Havershire makes a very important call froths desk at the U.N. But this call has nothing to do with official embassy business. A codeword is used and an appointment made. Forty-five minutes later he is engaged in a very bizarre scene. He's entered the plush apartment of Christine. Within a few moments he has shed his derby, his attache case, his walking stick and in their place is dressed only in a black mask. Standing over him, clad in a very transparent negligee is the stunning Christine. The strangeness of this situation is heightened even more when Havershire allows himself to be shackled to the bed in the centre of the room. The willing slave's delight is felt when the voluptuous girls brings forth a large whip and begins to apply the lash of pleasure to the Attache's back. He writhes in pains of delight. To deal with the necessary matters of discipline , Mr. Lyle has at his disposal Ivanhoff, a hulking 300-pound chauffeur and Merlin, a psychotic killer. No one ever tries to escape from Sunny Dale Lodge.

Many months of training go into making these international beauties into warm and willing instruments of espionage and blackmail. All this work has been directed for the biggest operation of all. A gigantic "La Dolce Vita" type party where under the influence of alcohol, narcotics and other drugs are assembled captains of industry and government will be lead to separate rooms where amorous indulgences will be photographed and recorded by Lyle and his men.

Everything goes along with clockwork precision. But then the unexpected rears its ugly head. Tommy and Billy, two teenage punks who had been trespassing on the estate several days earlier and were chased by Ivanhoff decide on this very evening to loot the estate. Although well guarded, they enter under the cover of the night. They are quickly overpowered by Merlin and Ivanhoff and in the process are shot. The noise brings government agents Nolan and Thompson speeding through the gates. For several months they had been getting closer. The party would provide them with enough evidence even though none of the victims would talk. Lyle shoots Gina as she tries to escape. Merlin is gunned down by the government men. Seeing all is lost Lyle and Ivanhoff speed away. In hot pursuit Nolan and Thompson fire at them. Shooting back, the criminals are unaware of the approaching train on the bridge ahead. They see it at the last second. It's too late. They meet their fate is a flaming crash down a 200 foot embankment.
