I Said I Love You First will release March 21, Gomez wrote on Instagram. The first single, “Scared of Loving You,” is out now.

The 2024 MTV EMAs winners are being announced!

MTV‘s annual EMAs awards ceremony is taking place on Sunday (November 10), with Taylor Swift leading the pack with seven nominations, including Best Video, Best Pop and Biggest Fans.

The show is being hosted by Rita Ora, and broadcast live across the globe from Manchester, United Kingdom. The show will also be available in multiple international territories live on Pluto TV and on-demand on Paramount+.

Smile 2 dives back into the eerie world where unsettling grins hold dark secrets. The sequel to Smile picks up with new characters haunted by the sinister, cursed Smile that seems to linger like a bad omen. The main character of Smile 2, Skye Riley, has drawn inspiration from several real-life singers.

The movie continues targeting Riley, a booming yet tormented musician played by Noami Scott. She is haunted by guilt over a tragic car crash that killed her boyfriend and battling chronic back pain. Due to her history of substance misuse, Skye struggles to find effective pain relief and seeks help from an old high school friend for Vicodin. Tragically, he becomes another victim of the haunting Smile curse and takes his own life right before her eyes, marking Skye as the demon’s next prey.

Kylie Minogue just released her latest album Tension II!

The 56-year-old Grammy award-winning Australian singer’s new LP is a follow up to her 2023 album Tension, which won her an Aria Music Award for Best Pop Release.

“As Charli Xcx said so brilliantly, ‘same but with three more songs.’ We get that, and that’s what we were aiming to do with Tension II,” Kylie recently said about the album on The Bert Show.

Naomi Scott stars as global pop sensation Skye Riley embarking on a world tour in Parker Finn’s Smile 2, marking the actor’s first foray into horror. While Skye Riley makes for an extremely complex character for any actor to tackle, Scott handles it with seeming ease while also bringing her singing/songwriting talents to the role.

Parker Finn studied pop artists like FKA Twigs, Sia, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Olivia Rodrigo, and Tate McRae (who has a songwriting credit on Smile 2 for “Grieved You”) to capture Skye Riley’s journey and immense tour pressures with authenticity. The filmmaker and his team collaborated with the songwriting duo Take A Daytrip (Denzel Michael-Akil Baptiste and David Charles Marshall Biral) and songwriter Alexis Idarose Kesselman to develop five original songs for Skye’s album “Too Much for One Heart” – “Grieved You,” “New Brain,” “Death of Me,” “Just My Name,“ and “Blood on White Satin.

“The first month that I started thinking about a sequel, any idea that came to me I just threw out right away because I was like if it’s coming to me this quickly, it’s too obvious,” the filmmaker told The Hollywood Reporter at the film’s L.A. premiere on Monday. “I love the world of pop. I’m fascinated by some of these women — these personas out there, who the real person is behind that velvet robe. And one I sort of stumbled on this idea of this mega pop star in Skye Riley, I just got kind of electrified by it and got obsessed with it.”

Australian pop star Kylie Minogue has announced her North American tour dates.

Minogue’s 2025 concerts will begin on February 15 at the Rac Arena in her homeland Australia. She will continue to make stops in places like Japan and Thailand (among others) until the international leg concludes in the Philippines on March 17.

The North American leg of the tour, set to kick off on March 29 at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, will see Minogue make stops in cities across the continent, with shows in Chicago, Washington D.C., Orlando, Vancouver, New York and more. The tour is fixed to conclude in Los Angeles on May 2 at Crypto.com Arena.

19 nominees have the chance to score their first ever MTV Ema at this year’s show, including Tinashe and Jimin.

The “Tension Tour” will see the Australian pop star play 16 major North American arenas in spring 2025. The jaunt kicks off on March 29th in Toronto and continues on with dates in Montreal, Chicago, New York, Washington, DC, Atlanta, Miami, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Los Angeles, and beyond.
