Steve Wall is an Irish musician and actor. He is the lead singer and songwriter with legendary multi-platinum-selling bands The Walls and The Stunning and is rapidly building up a diverse list of film and television credits since he returned to his first love acting in 2012.
Recent roles include Bashar the colonel of the Sardaukar in Dune: Part Two (2024); the psychopathic hospital orderly Ivan in the new horror feature Oddity (2024) which premiered at SXSW 2024; Steve is also part of the lead cast in The English (2022) a 6-part western mini-series starring Emily Blunt (BBC/Amazon). He appears in Raised by Wolves (2020), (Ridley Scott for HBO Max); The South Westerlies (2020), a 6-part Irish comedy-drama (Deadpan Pictures/Acorn Media) in which he is principal cast; The Witcher (2019) (S1 Netflix) playing the nasty 'Boholt'; and he can be seen in the lead role of jazz musician 'Chet Baker' in the Dutch art house feature My Foolish Heart (2018) about the days leading up to the jazz legend's death in Amsterdam in 1988. Other notable roles include: Vikings (2013) (Einar); Tin Star (2017) (Sean) (S3); Rebellion (2016); Moone Boy (2012) (Uncle Danny).
He made his theatre debut in January 2024 with John B. Keane's 'Sive' in a hugely successful 56-show run in Dublin's Gaiety Theatre.
