New Delhi, Aug 1 (Ians) Dell Technologies on Tuesday introduced new artificial intelligence (AI) offerings to help customers quickly and securely build Generative AI models on-premises to accelerate improved outcomes and drive new levels of intelligence.

Dell Generative AI Solutions include a new suite of Dell products and services, in collaboration with chip maker Nvidia, to help businesses gain real-time insights and enable innovation through intelligence.

“Our new suite of solutions help deliver and scale GenAI projects to enable business transformation, unlock productivity gains, and allow for trusted insights from company-proprietary data and IP,” Chris Kelly, senior vice president, Data Center Solutions, Asia Pacific and Japan, Dell Technologies, said in a statement.

The ‘Dell Validated Design’ for Generative AI with Nvidia is an inferencing blueprint optimised to speed the deployment of a modular, secure and scalable platform for GenAI in the enterprise, according to the company.

Mumbai, July 30 (Ians) Filmmaker Manish Gupta spoke about his film ‘One Friday Night’ and detailed the response he’s getting for his role. He went on to say that Milind Soman’s character in the film was the most difficult character to portray in the feature.

Manish Gupta who directed ‘One Friday Night’ concurred with Milind Soman’s statement and went on to say that his character was the trickiest to write.

Elaborating on the difficulties he faced in order to write fleshed out characters during the scripting process, Manish said: “Milind Soman’s character was tricky to write, because I had to make the audience sympathise with him even though he is cheating on his wife, who’s a very good lady.”

Talking about the audience’s reaction to the film, he stated: “The audience is intrigued by the plot. And they are constantly second-guessing the ending. Women are identifying with Raveena’s character.

The shoot location of Manish Gupta’s film ‘One Friday Night’ was atop an isolated hill in a remote forested region surrounded by the beautiful Pawna lake in Maharashtra. She rescued a snake that had entered the forest bungalow that was rented for her stay during the shoot.

Mumbai, July 19 (Ians) Writer-director Manish Gupta, who is gearing up for his directorial ‘One Friday Night’ starring Raveena Tandon, Milind Soman and Vidhi Chitalia, has shared that he has shot the films at real locations to bring in authenticity to the narrative.

In one such instance, the director shot for a key scene of the film with Raveena, who plays a gynaecologist in the film, in an actual operation theatre of a maternity home.

Raveena plays the protagonist of the film, whereas Milind plays her husband’s role. Vidhi Chitalia plays the role of Milind’s decades-younger love interest.

New Delhi, Dec 19 (Ians) It its bid to connect the next one billion users, Google on Monday announced a slew of artificial intelligence (AI)-powered initiatives to address language divide on the Internet, supporting digitisation of farmland in partnership with the Telangana government, and new investments to drive responsible development of AI in the country.

A very pretty Maharashtrian girl steps out of her humble home to go to her workplace when a neighbour shouts out, ‘Ae Madhuri Dixit.’

In the next ten minutes this girl Anjali, played by the lovely and effective Meera Chopra, will be raped by her boss, an arrogant film director (played with agonizing efficacy by Rahul Bhat) who speaks to his associates on the set as though they were vermins and parasites born to serve and be abused.

In 2006, Ram Gopal Varma's "Darna Zaroori Hai" featured six stories by six different directors - J.D. Chakravarthy, Manish Gupta, Prawal Raman, Sajid Khan, Jijy Philip and Vivek Shah. In 2007, "Dus Kahaniyaan" was a similar sort of project.

When I first read the title for the upcoming Bollywood thriller “Hostel”, I figured it would be a remake of Eli Roth’s notorious torture horror flick of the same name. I was, of course, dead wrong in that assumption. Writer/director Manish Gupta’s “Hostel” is a much more sinister affair, a dark and terrifying drama that chronicles the real-life practice of “ragging”. Never heard of ragging? Me, either. Naomi Campbell's new Bollywood movie has opened to dreadful reviews in India - and now Hindus have taken aim at the film.

Campbell’s first Bollywood venture Karma, Confessions and Holi has bombed badly at the box office, with local critics calling the film an "undignified disaster” and an "unholy mess”.
