Actress Kristine DeBell is Shayda's great-aunt. Shayda also is the cousin of actor Jack Dillon, cousin of actress Lisa Ross, cousin of actor and MMA Pro Fighter Damien "The Omen" Trites, cousin of makeup artist Carolina Dalí, and the cousin of model Preston Trites.
