I stopped watching, I needed something in the background while playing a simple game. So overall he can talk good, he tries to get the story alive. But after a while it is getting boring.

So someone is saying or asking something 'stupid', so the first time it is a funny answer back. The second time it is a long dragging story. Can it be funny? Yes, but not like this.

He is not using sex or anything, so that is nice. Maybe later on... I don't know. So that's why I don't give it a 3. It is also not totally bad, it can be fun, but it is just the same talking over and over again. Explaining situations the same way.
