Every day, 3000 adolescents start smoking

Even though a large number of smokers are aware of the risks of smoking, this is a habit that is particularly tough to give up, and the difficulties associated with quitting smoking are a dissuading factor in themselves. However, it is important to understand that it is a process, not an event and it's never too late to kick the habit.

When we are children it is very important for us to fit in, and when we are in our adolescent years it becomes even more important than ever before that we fit in with our peers. Is it any wonder that most kids light up in their teens, and are addicted to nicotine by the time they have reached adolescence? While there is more of an outcry than ever before, people continue to smoke despite the restrictive measures that have been implemented in many places around the world.

The Wait to Quit Smoking Plan was designed by a formerly heavy smoker and has been proven to work with astounding results. This plan, when followed correctly will change your life in a very positive way. Enjoy the journey to a healthier, smoke free you!

    Stress

    Quitting smoking is so stressful!

I have found that simple meditation has really worked well

for me, and when I am feeling stressed & or having a

nicotine craving I have learned to use meditation for the

relief it gives me and I know that I will be meditating to

    relieve stress from now on!

    Keeping Your Hands Busy

I started knitting for the first time in my life and I have

made a couple of nice blankets for my grand-daughter.

Keeping my hands busy helped me to stay away from

cigarettes and it kept me from snacking too much as well.

Completing small projects such as; cleaning your book

shelf or washing a floor, was and vacuum your car.

Starting large projects such as; building a new deck or

playhouse for your children etc. Make sure it is something

you are going to enjoy doing.

Cake decorating, flower arranging, starting a photo album

and scrap booking are also very rewarding pastimes which

    many people enjoy.

Take a few moments now to breathe deeply and say the following affirmations:

Everything is getting better every day

I love the way I feel when I take good care of myself

    All is well

    I believe in myself fully

I release all my past limitations and fears

    I grow stronger every day

When You Follow The Simple, Easy To Read Instructions In The Plan, You Will Soon Be Living Your Life… SMOKE FREE AND BREATHING EASIER!

No Quit Day Anxiety! No Nicotine Replacement! No Cold Turkey!

I would like to say that if you follow this guide & the plan it will be easy to stop smoking but I would be lying to you if I did. Withdrawal from nicotine is a hard thing to go through.

I can tell you however; that this plan gives you a better way to quit smoking and will make quitting a whole lot easier than any other smoking cessation plan you have ever tried before.

I was a smoker for 25 years and I attempted to quit many times throughout those years. I set many quit days and as the quit day would approach my anxiety would grow. As a result of the anxiety I was failing constantly.

    Introduction cont.

I felt like a failure many times over the years and I would even hide the fact that I was smoking from my friends & family, which would then cause more anxiety. I really started to feel like a lost cause.

I had a hysterectomy when I was 44 years old and believe me when I say, that the years I spent smoking really caught up to me in a very unpleasant way. I had a very hard time breathing after the surgery and it made me feel helpless & scared for my life.

A couple of days after the surgery, I was walking down one of the corridors in the hospital and stopped beside a room with the door open, inside the room lay a man who was on a respirator because he could not breath on his own. That frightened me very badly and I did not want my future to look like that.

When I left the hospital I was determined to find a way to quit smoking for good. I began by asking people I knew, who had succeeded in quitting smoking, what had helped them to succeed? I was told many helpful tips, stories & suggestions to help me start.

    Next…

    Introduction cont.

I did some research and looked for all of the vitamin supplements that are known for clearing nicotine from your body, along with repressing the nicotine cravings.

The following pages contain a list of all the nicotine fighting vitamins I have found

    Nicotine Fighting Vitamins

    Vitamin C

Vitamin C is an antioxidant, providing natural protection as an immune defense from environmental radicals and viruses. Vitamin C helps keeps the body strong, energized and healthy, restoring the body’s immune system and cells.

Once the body can retain vitamin C due to smoking cessation, it begins to feel physically and mentally energized. The sustainable qualities of vitamin C work toward curbing mental and physical addiction to nicotine associated with cigarette and food cravings.

Citrus foods, broccoli, red and green peppers, and spinach are examples of foods rich in vitamin C content. Vitamin C supplements are available at many stores.

    Nicotine Fighting Vitamins cont.

    Vitamin E

Vitamin E is an antioxidant and helps fight lung and heart diseases. It is said to repair damage from heart attacks and stroke and it buffers the damage done to arteries by smokers.
