This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to this website, the content, products or services provided by or through this website, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by Good Guys Signs, Inc. (“us”) from time to time without specific notice to you. When you make a purchase on this website, you acknowledge that you have read this document and agree to be bound by the Terms of Sale and Website Use Agreement.
We cannot guarantee color matching or an exact color print based upon a monitor’s settings, regardless of how accurately it was calibrated. Silk Screen signage can be accurately printed using precise PMS values. Digitally printed signage uses CMYK values, and can have slight color variations. Slight color variations should be considered acceptable and will not be considered production mistakes. We use out best judgment, based on years of experience, to get the right color from each print. If color is critically important to you, we advise you call in advance, and pay for a press proof to achieve the precise look you are shooting for.

We pride ourselves on consistent quality, accuracy, and speed at Good Guys Signs. If you are not satisfied, please let us know. If necessary, we can reprint your order at no cost to you. You must, however, notify us of any problem within 24 hours of receipt of your signs and return the product to us, if so requested. Note: Orders for more than 2 of the same item will be replaced only if the error is the fault of goodguyssigns.com., or employees of Good Guys Signs, Inc. Reprints due to error(s) by, you, the user, are limited to two items, and cannot always be printed and shipped at no charge to you. Uploaded Images: Good Guys Signs, Inc is not responsible for the quality of images you upload for printing. Because image quality varies so greatly, we recommend any file you are not sure about be emailed to our customer service. We will give the best advice possible, understanding that “acceptable” standards vary from person to person. Industry standards dictate that 72 DPI (dots per inch) to 150 DPI is generally determined to be good quality when viewed from approximately 3 feet away. We can help you with a second, professional opinion, but the choice to move forward with a print will always remain with you.

Paying customers who need professional copies, defined as Adobe branded versions of their art, can contact our customer support to see if this can or will be arranged.

It is your responsibility to independently research materials to make certain that what you are buying fits your needs. It is encouraged that if you are not certain, to talk to a sign professional, including one of our own, to obtain an in-depth description of materials, to be certain there is a match between your needs and the material selected. Example: It is entirely possible that you can call 50 sign shops, and not find one person who knows the difference between economy calendared vinyl (aka monomeric vinyl) and quality calendared vinyl (polymeric vinyl with stabilizers). Quality vinyl will not shrink as quickly in heat and direct sun. Should you be making a purchase where more advice is needed, talk to us or a local, well-educated professional.

Good Guys Signs understands the need for us to be dependable and reliable for you, the customer. We will work hard to meet the scheduled delivery time. As of this writing, March, 2017, our successful delivery time rate is in excess of 98% of all orders. Though each item has varying production times based upon complexity of manufacture and total square feet, along with variables like decals that are individually cut, we will do everything in our power, every time, to achieve your desired "in-hand date".
Factors that can disrupt "delivery/in-hand dates":
a) Orders submitted with obvious errors that we catch. If response from you is not prompt, your delivery date could be missed, with no financial recourse for you.
b) Changes made after orders are submitted. We will still endeavor to achieve your delivery date, but this will be determined by the complexity of the change and your response time on approval of final changes.
c) Incorrect or undeliverable addressing will definitely effect delivery date. It is possible UPS or the USPS will charge additional fee’s for either condition, which is your responsibility if the mistake is yours
d) If a raw input item is backordered, your delivery day could be missed. We will notify you of this immediately. Good Guys Signs stocks hundreds of thousands of dollars in inventory. It is, occasionally, necessary to complete an order with stock that we do not have. If this endangers a delivery date, we will notify you so you can decide the best way to proceed.
e Quality Control is critically important to us. Occasionally, print heads go bad during a print run. If we find that an item has failed a quality check, and this will endanger your delivery date, we will notify you immediately. You can then decide how best to proceed.
f) Shipping Company Error: Once an item leaves one of our facilities, the package is in the hands of one of our shippers, often UPS, USPS, R & L Freight, or Fedex. Unless you have paid for expedited delivery, the delivery date is not guaranteed, should the shipper run into any of the following conditions: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, Hazardous Materials packages improperly offered for transport, the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions. We cannot issue refunds for any of these reasons.
All disputes arising out of, relating to or connected with these Terms of Sale and Website Use Agreement or your use of any part of our website service will be exclusively resolved under confidential, binding arbitration to be held in Hillsborough County, Florida before and in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, by a sole arbitrator applying Florida law (without regard for conflicts of law principles). The arbitrator's award will be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms of Sale and Website Use Agreement will be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Terms of Sale and Website Use Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. Any action to enforce an arbitrator's award will be brought in a federal or state court located in Hillsborough County, Florida. Each party hereby irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of the Federal and Florida State courts in Hillsborough County. By agreeing that arbitration is the exclusive remedy, you are waiving your right to sue Good Guys Signs, Inc in a court of law or have a jury resolve any dispute that arises out of, relates to or is connected with this Terms of Sale and Website Use Agreement or your use of any part of the goodguyssigns.com. You understand that you are waiving your right to a jury trial voluntarily and knowingly, and free from duress or coercion. By entering into this Terms of Sale and Website Use Agreement, you hereby irrevocably waive any right you may have to join claims with those of others in the form of a class action or similar procedural device. Good Guys Signs guarantees the products that we sell are free from manufacturing defects and as such will be good for 90 days after purchase of the product. Should a failure occur prior to 90 days after the purchase of one of our products, you agree to either a) take a photograph/ video where appropriate of the defective item(s) and provide to us or b) return the defective item(s) to Good Guys Signs, Inc. Upon verification of a defect, we will either issue a replacement or website credit for the purchased value of the item(s). We will require full and complete information and description of the failure to make a determination of the cause of the failure.
We cannot represent or warrant that our Site will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Furthermore, this " basis.
