Products resulted by small medium entreprises  needed by consumers are oriented to a large number of design variations, competitive prices, and relatively fast manufacturing time. The CNC router  3-axes machine, locally produced to be tested,  is a machine tool that works with 3 axes with functions for cutting, engraving and giving markings on hard flat materials. The purpose of this study is to provide analysis of the main spindle deviation of  X-axis, Y-axis and  Z-axis; and application of CNC router machines for granite granular materials for decoration purposes. The method used is an experimental research by conducting an experiment measuring the object of research to obtain measurement data and to be analyzed for the purposes of further action. It was found that deviation of the main spindle rotation is of 16.86% -47.35%, and axis movement deviation is ± 0.04 mm, which is above the permissible limit of <0.01 mm. The work that can be done with the CNC router  3-axes machine is the manufacture of creative products for decoration purposes,  but it needs a lot of design variations and does not require high precision.

This paper discusses the case study and comparison with productivity of component using traditional drilling machine to Multi spindle drilling machine. The growth of factors, one of the major factors being manufacturing efficiency with which the operation /activities are carried out in the organization. Productivity can be improved by reducing the total machining time, comb etc. There are frequent needs of tightening and loosening screws, drilling, tapping, boring and grinding operational machines. Huge and complicated designed parts cannot be machined in ordinary machines. In a single machine all the above specified operations can be carried out after drilling operation by removing of drill head and using the required tools like grinding, tapping can etc. By this we can achieve our industrial requirements and production targets. Here we are going to deve and tapping operations in single setup of work piece. In case of mass production where produce the job at a faster rate. Operation of industrial metallurgical plants is associated with significant wear in spindles, gearboxes and bearings where difficult to implement digital diagnostic tools due to harsh operating conditions. Angular and radial gaps produce extremely high dynamic loads and abrupt failures in the multi-stand hot rolling mills. Reliable vibration monitoring is very complicated due to inherent changes of technological regimes, treated material and drive speed. It appears more beneficial to monitor dynamic torques in addition to vibration signals, but this is restricted to the installation of strain gauges. The more acceptable approach is to monitor static torques of electric motors and, having identified multi-body models, to calculate remaining useful life (RUL) of elements. Based on this approach, the new monitoring system is developed for the multi-stand mill with integration into plant automation infrastructure. Parameters adaptation of nonlinear dynamical models is provided and technological loads optimization by the criterion of RUL in rolling stands. System supports a database of maintenance actions and elements failures. Reports are generated on overloading and RUL.

In this study, we analyze the effect of a recliner chair with rocking motions on sleep quality of naps using automated sleep scoring and spindle detection models. The quality of sleep corresponding to the two rocking motions was measured quantitatively and qualitatively. For the quantitative evaluation, we conducted a sleep parameter analysis based on the results of the estimated sleep stages obtained on the brainwave and spindle estimation, and a sleep survey assessment from the participants was analyzed for the qualitative evaluation. The analysis showed that sleep in the recliner chair with rocking motions positively increased the duration of the spindles and deep sleep stage, resulting in improved sleep quality.
