Often, in spite of having the right set of qualifications, technical skills and experiences, certain candidates fails to impress the interviewers during job-interviews. There is no denying of the fact that when it comes to finally secure a job; almost everything depends upon the candidate’s performance during the interview process. Therefore, besides recognizing the importance of interviews; it is also widely believed that with proper understanding, preparation and practice, a person’s interview skills and employability can be greatly enhanced. With this objective, this article brings forth a valuable compilation of 25 important interview questions and suggestions for their effective answering. Most of the questions selected here are basically collected and shortlisted through a process of focus group discussion. The questions are general and contemporary in nature and are mostly suitable for junior to middle-level management positions, across various private sector organizations in India.

ABSTRACT
Do you seems to be lack of practical guidelines in the literature that could help the prospective researcher to apply the basic scientific principles found in all the text books in research methodology. It is this lack was found through countless consultation sessions call scrutiny of the available literature, as well as the discussions with experienced researchers who are usually quite conversant with the theoretical aspects of subjects. This article introduces the researcher to the different phases in the research process and the dendrogram technique that is specifically designed to take the researcher through the conceptualisation phase in such a way that it paves the way to progress through the different phases in the research cycle with ease. The biggest value of this technique is that It provides the researcher with all the relevant variables there are to be investigated to support or reject a specific hypothesis.

Most of the research concerning the validity of the selection & assessment interviews has a low degree of validity, relevance, ecological validity and impact. We all have read in the course of the years the classical papers developed from 1940s on the validity of the method of selection & assessment interview. The results show regularly little validity of these selection methods – and seldom a more reliability – and the great prominence of the psychological test: in particular, aptitude and intelligence test (psychometric test), and more structured, or behavioral, interviews and behavioral Assessment Center). To be more specific, the psychometric approach and techniques result as more valid (and reliable) than the “clinical”, psychosocial and psychodynamic approach, in which the human being is viewed as a whole.
In my opinion the great part of this kind of research has little or no real and technical relevance, and no practical evidence, because of the confusion made on a central matter: the professional identity of the interviewer, or assessor.

Corrupt exchanges are often brokered by a third party, but this phenomenon has not been satisfactorily explored by researchers of corruption. Literature on brokerage in general provides interesting models but they have not previously been applied to corrupt exchanges. Based on in-depth qualitative interviews with respondents who participated in actual corrupt transactions, this paper identifies several distinct brokerage types in low-level corruption in contemporary Hungary. The paper also provides explanation of variation in corruption brokerage in terms of actors' group affiliations, forms of the corrupt exchanges, brokerage mechanisms, as well as neutrality, benefit and motivation, risk distribution, and stability of the brokerage structure. Finally, we discuss some policy implications of corruption brokerage.

One of this new type of titles are disempowering fantasies, in which the player experiences a metaphor that has as an objective to make him/her feel weak or vulnerable. In order to understand this new phenomenon, we will analyze Darkest Dungeon (Red Hook, 2016), a game that uses the empathy that the player has for his characters to create a powerful experience that resonates with the players.
