The Dream Drop Mega jackpot is a globally pooled progressive jackpot can be won while playing any one of a number of different slots published by Relax Gaming. It is the highest of five levels of Dream Drop jackpots on offer, with the others being the smaller Major, Maxi, Midi, and Rapid jackpots.

It offers something of a unique proposition in comparison to other progressive jackpots because it has both a guaranteed upper win level and a mechanism by which this guaranteed win level will increase over time. The first part means that, if not won earlier by random chance, the jackpot will be won by the player that makes the spin and contribution that pushes the jackpot over into its guaranteed value. Another distinct feature of this jackpot is that the reseed amount is not set to a fixed number, rather it is a fixed 60% proportion of the previous winning value. The jackpot is able to be reseeded at such a high value because the 12% contribution of every wager that goes towards the jackpot is quite high in comparison to other major progressive jackpots. These mechanisms combined suggest that the jackpot should in theory be won relatively often and for increasing amounts over time.

So how do you go about winning this glittering dream prize?
