Redbet Shuttering Poker Room

This story was published more than 5 years ago.

Online sportsbetting group Redbet revealed that they're closing their online poker room, which is powered by MPN.

The company is shifting focus, as the group operates a casino in addition to their sportsbook. The operator is owned by Evoke Gaming, and with the exit they'll have no poker presence after previously running several rooms.

The poker room will be shutting down on June 1st, but funds in accounts will remain, thanks to the other services that are staying online.

A Redbet employee confirmed the closure, noting: "Unfortunately I can confirm that the Poker side of Redbet will be going down on 1st June 2019."
