Fruit Mania Jackpot Hit for $118,172

Earlier today a punter playing Playtech's Fruit Mania slot machine hit the game's progressive jackpot for a nice $118,172.

Details on the win are still forthcoming, but we can confirm that the win did indeed occur, and is the 506th for the game since we began tracking it in December 2009. The win also happens to be the largest in the game's history as the game pays out just $17,025 on average. The game has only paid out a win in excess of $100,000 one other time, when a player hit the game's jackpot in July 2011.

The Fruit Mania Jackpot is won when a player places the maximum bet and lands 5 cherry symbols on the game's fifth payline, a common occurrence since this game pays out roughly every 4 days.
