Tadeo Jones 3. La tabla esmeralda (2022)
Argh, I made a mistake
I really enjoyed the first 2 Tad... but this one I find really annoying, superbly annoying.
From beginning to end it's "oh, I messed up", and from there goes the story.
To me, is a dumbed down version of Tad movie. The mommy is constantly messing up, Tad is constantly messing up as well.
It might be enjoyable for kids, but I'm not a kid and I like "intelligent" story. But no. From start to end, its "oh, I made a mistake", "lets go to plan B", "oh, I made another mistake", "let's go to plan C". Pffff
Even the voice track is dumbed down with "oh", "ah", "euh" to fill up the silences.
But the animation, the visuals are just great. But without a supporting script.
I'm not a movie reviewer. This is my genuine appreciation of this Tad.
The Peripheral (2022)
ep04 - Talk about predictive programming...
This is a bit... nah, a lot too much UN, WEF & Schauwb & central Intel kind of predictive programming.
- hack of the American grid; complete blackout; 2039 across the globe
- Pandemic of the blood plague. 2041
- Environmental catastrophy...drought, famine, antibiotic-failure agricultural failure, full population collapse, over 7 billion people over 4 decades.
- domestic terrorist attacked the US. They blew up a nuclear missile silo in North Carolina.
... the only thing they missed is R0ssi@ & p@t1n... No, really, can you get more lame than that.
If you do not know what is predictive programming, do yourself a favour... search it.
Down the trash can.
MK Ultra (2022)
1 man in Mk Ultra
Overall, the the movie is well done, no arguement there.. But are we talking about MK Ultra? No! We're talking about the story of one man barely involved. We're so far from the real story of MK Utra. And sincerely, I'm not sure where the movie wanted to go.
In my humbie view, the movie is slow, as you would expect, I guess, from a "real" story inspired movie. I would consider that movie as a "dark" movie, not that I would expect otherwise. Really I not sure how to critic. I did get much out of it. I didn't learn anything I didn't already know.
Let's just say we're far from a movie like "Enigma", In my humble view.
Experimenter (2015)
Unique, original, straight forward
I'm not a movie critic, but here's my grain of salt.
To me, not the typical movie. More of a "docu-bio-movie". Intelligent, but may be controversial for people that needs to hang onto their perception of themselves. I don't.
I liked the main character, his curiosity, his daring. His narrative, in some parts directed at the spectator (me), brought me closer to the person, and engaged me in his questioning.
I see this movie as quite relevant in the actual time of mass marketing, mass disinformation, mass anything. Helped me acknowledge some of the human hidden parts in my own human nature.
I enjoyed every bit of it.
