I know there is a casino rep for Reel Fortune Casino. But I could not locate the rep under the casino rep page or the casino for that matter. SO I am posting the complaint here. Every time I have tried to request a payout from this casino I get this system error message. Now the first time this happened I never got an explaination from support about this system error. Through out the weekend I ended up playing down my winning from 1984 to 200 which is when the request was accepted. I tried when the balance was 1200 and then at 1000, 800, 600. 500. 400, 300 and finally the request was accepted at 200. Now I kind of figured maybe I was over the MCO since I had played with my reward points. BUt now the system is doing the same thing and I am well below the MCO for the promotion I claimed and played. THe MCO on this promo for me would be 790.00 I am only requesting 602.00 yet this is the very same message I got previously. Live chat sent my issue to the higher support team 2 days ago. I really get the feeling this casino does not want to payout anything more than 200.00 which of course is NUTS!!!! But yet this system error keeps happening and support has no answers. Live support said they will get in touch with me via email or chat and that I will eventually be able to make the request??? WTH does that mean???? I should be able to make the request and if it's over the MCO then the system should give that as an error message.
I am not going to play these winnings down and I really shouldn't have to. I have followed all the T&C of the promo and casino so my request should be honored!!!! Hopefully the casino rep will see this and understand that this really is taxing my sensibilities!!!! Not a good thing honestly!!!! And will fix the issue This AFTERNOON, Wednesday, May 1st so I can have my withdrawal processed before the weekend!!!!!
Znam da postoji predstavnik kazina za Reel Fortune Casino. Ali nisam mogao da lociram predstavnika ispod stranice predstavnika kazina ili kazina što se toga tiče. ZATO objavljujem žalbu ovde. Svaki put kada sam pokušao da zatražim isplatu od ovog kazina dobijam ovu sistemsku poruku o grešci. Prvi put kada se ovo dogodilo, nikada nisam dobio objašnjenje od podrške o ovoj sistemskoj grešci. Tokom vikenda sam na kraju umanjio svoj dobitak od 1984. do 200, kada je zahtev prihvaćen. Pokušao sam kada je stanje bilo 1200, a zatim na 1000, 800, 600. 500, 400, 300 i na kraju je zahtev prihvaćen na 200. Sada sam nekako pomislio da sam možda prekoračio MCO pošto sam igrao sa svojim nagradnim poenima. Ali sada sistem radi istu stvar i ja sam daleko ispod MCO-a za promociju koju sam tražio i igrao. MCO na ovoj promociji za mene bi bio 790,00. Tražim samo 602,00, ali ovo je ista poruka koju sam dobio ranije. Ćaskanje uživo je poslalo moj problem višem timu za podršku pre 2 dana. Stvarno imam osećaj da ovaj kazino ne želi da isplati ništa više od 200,00 što je naravno NUTS!!!! Ali ova sistemska greška se i dalje dešava i podrška nema odgovore. Podrška uživo je rekla da će stupiti u kontakt sa mnom putem e-pošte ili ćaskanja i da ću na kraju moći da uputim zahtev??? VTH da li to znači???? Trebalo bi da budem u mogućnosti da uputim zahtev i ako je preko MCO-a onda bi sistem to trebalo da da kao poruku o grešci.
Neću umanjiti ove dobitke i zaista ne bih trebao. Pratio sam sve T&C promocije i kazina tako da moj zahtev treba da bude poštovan!!!! Nadam se da će predstavnik kazina to videti i shvatiti da ovo zaista opterećuje moju osetljivost!!!! Nije dobra stvar iskreno!!!! I rešiću problem Ovog popodneva, u sredu, 1. maja, tako da mogu da obradim svoje povlačenje pre vikenda!!!!!
