    Hello Martyn, I often see post of players receiving personal code for free chips and I was just wondering how could one be eligible to receive one because I used to often make deposits at Club World and never had made any withdrawal even after winning a large amount and so I had stopped.....then I started depositing at lucky red and although I would use the deposit bonus offer I had no luck with the games, I have just recently deposited in Aladdin's Gold but I am very hesitant with being a regular depositor because the even if the casinos are honest casinos, I don't really feel like I am being valued as a depositing player, regardless of the amount I deposit is how often I make the deposit.     Hi!  My name is Ken.  I am not associated with Club World except that I have been playing with them for years.  They are honest and pay quickly (within a week).  In order for me to get an extra bonus or two  I will use the chat feature and just ask the rep if I have qualified for any bonus and usually that will get me a fair bonus.  I have also cashed out on bonus money and they are just as quick to pay on that!!  This is now the ONLY casino I play any more after being burned so bad on some others.

    I made 5-6 deps on Aladdins casino and had the worst time of my life.Yesterday they got my dep but then site dropped and when it came back on-line my money was gone.Had to wait till 2:30am for the cashiers to fix my account.What a nightmare.I knew it was not a good time to play.Well now I'm outta $ till after the 1st and when i asked for a comp chip i was told (we don't offer them) So i don't think i will play their anymore.

    I am so sorry for you 13 I play there almost every other day and I like the other member said always deposit without a freechip then after I lose I ask chat and they have always given me one to play.  I can tell you that my withdrawal that i rec'd today on that very same freechip that you played took about 4 days to get, and they also asked me to send a copy of a greendot card I once used.  I did and they were fine.     The issue is that we have not received the documents that we need and there is also a conflict of address in the documents provided. I cant obviously bring up all the detail of this player in a forum so have ask him to contact our supprt team so we can resolve it.

    I have PM'd the player and cashier have emailed the player and requested what we need to see, thus far we havent seen it.

    I havent had an update today on where we stand on this account but if 13oclock hasnt yet done so I suggest you contact our team and we can iron this out to stop it dragging on. Until all documents are in order we cannot proceed with the cashout to another method (card to ewallet).
    Standard procedures for any casino that takes internet security seriously, especially when your personal details and your cash is involved.

    Problem je u tome što nismo dobili dokumente koji su nam potrebni, a postoji i sukob adresa u dostavljenim dokumentima. Očigledno ne mogu da iznesem sve detalje o ovom igraču na forumu, pa ga zamolite da kontaktira naš tim za podršku kako bismo to rešili.

    Rekao sam PM da su igrač i blagajnik poslali mejl igraču i zatražili šta treba da vidimo, do sada to nismo videli.

    Danas nisam imao novosti o tome gde stojimo na ovom računu, ali ako 13oclock još nije uradio, predlažem da kontaktirate naš tim i možemo ovo da izgladimo kako bismo sprečili da se odugovlači. Dok svi dokumenti ne budu uredni, ne možemo da nastavimo sa isplatom na drugi način (kartica na e-novčanik).
    Standardne procedure za svaki kazino koji ozbiljno shvata internet bezbednost, posebno kada su u pitanju vaši lični podaci i vaš novac.

    I have not got the error, but I was playing santa strikes back at Alladins Gold and it just kept retriggering forever, over 20mins and winning big and I got a pop up right in the middle of free spins saying something like: "This game session has been canceled by an administrator" just like that it was over.

    Poslao sam sve što su tražili, stalno šalju mejlove ignorišući informacije ...ukucavajući formular za verifikaciju, kopirao sam i popunio koliko god je to moguće,
    jedino što nedostaje su kreditne kartice, ali ja ih nemam i nikada ih nisam koristio.
    uplatio sam preko moneibookersa, tako da to potpuno ne dolazi u obzir..
    izgleda da ne mogu da nađem podršku na ovom htread-u?
    poslednjih nekoliko postova su svi bez odgovora??

    Club World--Been playing there for a few years but it seems each time I want to withdraw winnings, there's a problem.  I made a withdrawal on 2/25.  On 3/3 they email me that the company that processes their ACH withdrawals does not do it anymore.  Told me to use an ewallet, which I don't like to do because they charge a fee.  Used an ewallet. Then I emailed Club World asking why there's always some problem for withdrawals, but never when depositing?  The response I get is send them my ewallet account #.  Did this.  Let's see how long it takes.  Very disappointed in Club World.

Koristio je elektronski novčanik. Onda sam poslao e-poštu Club Vorld-u pitajući zašto uvek postoji neki problem za isplate, ali nikada prilikom deponovanja? Odgovor koji dobijam je da im pošaljem moj nalog e-novčanika #. Ovo uradio. Da vidimo koliko će to trajati. Veoma sam razočaran u Club Vorld.

    I'm having the same problem now, no casinos rejected all of my clearly scanned documents before, but clubworld.  I scanned them directly, but they said I copied on a paper, then scanned  and the documents looked fuzzy.  They want me to rescan them, I can do this, but the result probly just gonna be the same, I dont know how better can they look.  I dont know what to do.  I problly have to go thru the scan-rescan 100x like 13oclock experienced, Help please


    Have the same problem.I scaned my cc and drivers lic and all the other sites i'm on can read them.But not Aladdins.To fuzzy etc. How the hell can they be fuzzy? must be on thier end.Fax they got ok but everything else is screwed.I'm not going to worry about it anymore.Not worth playing at.

    Sada imam isti problem, nijedna kockarnica nije odbila sve moje jasno skenirane dokumente ranije, ali clubvorld. Direktno sam ih skenirao, ali su rekli da sam kopirao na papir, zatim skenirao i dokumenti su izgledali nejasno. Žele da ih ponovo skeniram, mogu to da uradim, ali rezultat će verovatno biti isti, ne znam kako mogu bolje da izgledaju. Ne znam šta da radim. Verovatno ću morati da prođem kroz skeniranje-ponovno skeniranje 100k kao što je 13oclock doživeo, pomozite molim vas


    Imam isti problem. Skenirao sam svoj cc i drajvere lic i svi drugi sajtovi na kojima sam mogu da ih pročitaju. Ali ne i Aladdins. To fuzzi itd. Kako dođavola mogu biti nejasni? mora biti na njihovom kraju.Faks su u redu ali sve ostalo je zeznuto.Neću više da brinem o tome.Ne vredi igrati.
