Use Python scripts to explore how this data is structured and the correct SPARQL query to make the appropriate request using the population of the capitals of Brazilian states over the years as a case study

• Write a script to fetch this data from Wikidata
• Filling NaNs with appropriate values to avoid unexpected infographics
• Generate a bar chart race with this data retrieved and cleaned
