- step S102 when the schedule data 108 shown in FIG. 3 is acquired in step S102, the recipient whose first ID is "user A” will receive the receipt time "14:00 to 16:00 on September 1, 2021. 00”, there is a schedule of “going out” at “15:00 to 16:00”.
- the determination unit 123 determines that the deliverable time for the package with the package ID of "package A" is 14:00 to 15:00 on September 1, 2021. Then, the determination unit 123 determines the delivery time of the package ID of "package A” to be "September 1, 2021 from 14:00 to 14:15", as shown in FIG. 9, for example.
- a suitable method may be used to determine which of the available delivery times should be the delivery time. For example, an early time slot may be assigned to the delivery time in the order in which the delivery time determination processing was executed. Also, the delivery time may be appropriately adjusted in relation to the reception time of other parcels. Furthermore, when the delivery time is determined by the time zone as in the present embodiment, the delivery time is not limited to one, and a plurality of packages may be assigned.
- the determination unit 123 determines the delivery time for each package for which the receipt time has been set.
- the determining unit 123 determines the delivery time of the package by taking the time for which no delivery time is assigned as the deliverable time for the package.
- the schedule data 108 is also used when determining the delivery time of a parcel for which the pick-up time is not set, so that the parcel is delivered at a time when the recipient's schedule is available among the available pick-up times. Then, the delivery time of the parcel is determined.
- the determination unit 123 determines the delivery person of the package whose delivery time has been determined, using delivery person data (not shown) stored in advance in the second storage unit 114 . Alternatively, the determining unit 123 determines the deliverer of the package whose delivery time has been determined, according to the input to the delivery support device 104 by referring to the displayed deliverer data, for example.
- the deliverer data is data that associates the deliverer ID for identifying the deliverer in charge of delivery during the target period with the deliverer terminal ID of the deliverer terminal 105 owned by the deliverer.
- the determining unit 123 stores, in the second storage unit 114, the delivery plan data 122 associated with the package ID of each package determined in step S103, the delivery time, and the delivery person's terminal ID (step S104). .
- the output control unit 125 outputs the package ID and the delivery time determined in step S103 for the package to be delivered by the delivery person to the delivery person terminal 105 indicated by the delivery person terminal ID of the delivery person determined in step S103. Support information is transmitted (step S105). Thus, the output control unit 125 terminates the planning process.
- the support information transmitted from the output control unit 125 is acquired by the delivery person terminal 105 .
- the output unit 113 automatically displays it, for example, according to the delivery person's instruction or regardless of the delivery person's instruction. That is, the output control unit 125 causes the output unit 113 to display the support information by transmitting the support information.
- FIG. 13 is a diagram showing an example of the screen of the output unit 113 displaying the support information including the delivery time.
- the figure shows an example of a screen containing support information for a package whose package ID is "package A", and the support information for other packages can be viewed by scrolling the screen, for example. This allows the delivery person to browse the package delivery plan created by the delivery support device 104 .
- destination information is generally indicated on parcels by affixing stickers or the like.
- the package ID may be indicated on this sticker or the like by a code composed of numbers, letters, or the like, or a code (bar code, two-dimensional code, or the like) readable by the delivery person terminal 105 . From the destination information or package ID, it is possible to know which package actually corresponds to the package indicated by the support information. This allows the delivery person to deliver the package according to the delivery plan.
- the delivery plan is created with reference to the recipient's schedule. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the possibility that the recipient cannot receive the package, such as when the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, or when the recipient is at the address but cannot respond to the delivery of the package. Therefore, it becomes possible to assist in improving the delivery efficiency of packages. In addition, it is possible to reduce the time and effort required for receiving the package, such as the time and effort required for the recipient to respond to redelivery. Therefore, it is possible to improve convenience for the recipient.
- the support information may include the time of receipt of the package data 120 of the package for which delivery support is provided.
- FIG. 14 is a flow chart showing an example of the first during-delivery processing according to the present embodiment.
- the first in-delivery processing is processing for correcting the delivery plan created by the plan creation processing as necessary while the delivery person is delivering the package according to the delivery plan.
- the current time is a predetermined first time (for example, a time between 10 and 30 minutes) before the package delivery time (in this embodiment, the start of the delivery time).
- the package delivery time in this embodiment, the start of the delivery time.
- the first in-delivery process are parcels whose delivery time (the start of the delivery time) will come after the first time from the current time.
- the package data acquisition unit 115 refers to the second storage unit 114 and acquires the package data 120 of the package to be processed (step S201).
- the first location acquisition unit 117 acquires the first location information by inquiring the current location of the recipient terminal 103 of the recipient of the package to be processed in the first delivery process (step S202).
- the first location acquisition unit 117 refers to the second storage unit 114 and acquires the recipient terminal ID of the recipient data 121 including the address and name included in the package data 120 acquired in step S201. do. Then, the first position obtaining unit 117 inquires about the current position of the recipient terminal 103 indicated by the obtained recipient terminal ID. Upon receiving this inquiry, first position transmitting section 109 acquires the current position and transmits first position information indicating the acquired current position to delivery support device 104 . As a result, the first position obtaining unit 117 obtains the current position of the target package recipient.
- the schedule acquisition unit 116 uses the first location information acquired in step S202 to determine whether the recipient's current location is within a predetermined first range (step S203).
- the recipient's address or its neighborhood is set in the first range.
- the vicinity of the address is a predetermined range from the address. This range is the range that the recipient can normally move in the first time period, for example, a range of several hundred meters if the first time period is 30 minutes.
- the package will be delivered approximately the first time after the first delivery process. If the recipient is at or near the address, he or she is likely to be at the address normally within the first time. On the other hand, if the recipient is neither at the address nor in its vicinity, the recipient is unlikely to be at the address after the first time. Therefore, by the judgment processing in step S203, it is possible to judge whether or not there is a high possibility that the recipient will be at the address at the time when the parcel is scheduled to be delivered.
- Step S203 is an example of a predetermined first condition.
- the determining unit 123 sets "redelivery" in the delivery status information of the package data 120 of the package to be processed (step S204). ).
- the package that is the target of the first in-delivery process will be treated as a target for redelivery.
- the parcels to be re-delivered are included in the parcels to be delivered, for example, on the next day or later at the delivery time designated by the recipient.
- the determination unit 123 deletes the delivery plan data 122 related to the package that is the target of the first in-delivery process from the second storage unit 114 (step S205).
- the parcels subject to the first in-delivery process are excluded from the parcels to be delivered during the period covered by the delivery plan because they are subject to redelivery, and the delivery plan is corrected.
- step S205 in addition to the above-described processing, undelivered packages to be delivered during the target period by the same delivery person as the package to be processed in the first delivery process are processed in the same manner as in step S103. may be determined again.
- the output control unit 125 sends support including the package ID and the delivery time included in the delivery plan data 122 of the package to be delivered by the delivery person to the deliverer terminal 105 of the package deliverer who is the target of the first delivery process. Information is transmitted (step S206). Thus, the output control unit 125 terminates the first in-delivery process.
- the output control unit 125 secondly stores the delivery plan data 122 having the same delivery person terminal ID as the delivery plan data 122 deleted in step S205 and having the delivery status information of "undelivered". Acquired from unit 114 . As a result, the delivery plan data 122 of the undelivered package to be delivered during the target period by the same delivery person as the package that is the target of the first in-delivery process is obtained.
- the output control unit 125 transmits support information including the parcel ID and the delivery time included in the acquired delivery plan data 122 to the delivery person terminal 105 indicated by the delivery person terminal ID.
- the delivery person can deliver the package according to the revised delivery plan, as explained in the planning process.
- step S203 If the recipient's current location is within the first range (step S203; Yes), the schedule acquisition unit 116 acquires the recipient's schedule data 108 specified by the destination information acquired in step S201 (step S207).
- step S202 The details of the processing of step S202 are generally the same as the processing of step S102.
- the determining unit 123 determines whether or not there is a change in the recipient's schedule specified by the destination information acquired in step S201 (step S208).
- the determination unit 123 compares the schedule data 108 acquired in steps S207 and S102 for the common recipient.
- the process of step S102 here is in the plan creation process when the delivery plan to be corrected is created in the first during-delivery process. 2 storage unit 114 .
- step S208 If it is determined that there is no change in the schedule (step S208; No), the determination unit 123 ends the first in-delivery process.
- step S208 If it is determined that there is a change in the schedule (step S208; Yes), the determination unit 123 determines the delivery time of the package using the schedule data 108 acquired in step S207 (step S209).
- step S209 the undelivered package to be delivered during the target period by the same delivery person as the package to be processed in the first delivery process is rescheduled by the same method as the delivery time determination method in step S103. It is determined.
- the schedule data 108 acquired in step S207 is used to determine the delivery time.
- the schedule data 108 of recipients of other undelivered packages may also be reacquired by the schedule acquisition unit 116, and the schedule data 108 may also be used to determine the delivery time.
- the determining unit 123 stores the delivery plan data 122 indicating the revised delivery plan in the second storage unit 114 (step S210).
- the determining unit 123 determines the delivery time in the delivery plan data 122 based on the delivery time determined in step S209 for a package whose delivery time determined in step S209 is different from the delivery time determined in step S103. to update.
- the process of step S102 here is in the plan creation process when the delivery plan to be corrected is created in the first during-delivery process.
- the output control unit 125 controls the delivery plan data 122 of the parcel to be processed in the first delivery process, which have the same delivery person terminal ID and the delivery status information of which is "undelivered". is acquired from the second storage unit 114 .
- the delivery plan data 122 indicating the modified delivery plan is acquired for the undelivered package to be delivered during the target period by the same delivery person as the package to be processed in the first delivery process.
- the output control unit 125 transmits support information including the parcel ID and the delivery time included in the acquired delivery plan data 122 to the delivery person terminal 105 indicated by the delivery person terminal ID.
- the delivery plan is created with reference to the recipient's schedule. If the recipient's current location is within the first range, as described above, the recipient is likely to be at the address to which the package is to be delivered at the time the package is scheduled to be delivered. In that case, by further referring to the schedule and creating a delivery plan, it is possible to further reduce the possibility that the delivery of the package cannot be delivered even if the recipient is at the address.
- FIG. 15 is a flowchart showing an example of the second during-delivery processing according to the present embodiment.
- the second in-delivery process is a process for determining whether or not the package can be delivered during the delivery period of the delivery plan, that is, whether the package can be delivered while the delivery person is delivering the package according to the delivery plan.
- the second in-delivery process is repeatedly executed during the target period of the delivery plan. Note that the second in-delivery process may be executed upon receiving a request from the deliverer via the deliverer terminal 105 .
- the determination unit 124 determines whether or not the undelivered package among the packages to be delivered by the delivery person satisfies the second condition (step S301).
- the second condition is a condition for judging that the delivery person is about to deliver the package to the delivery destination address, and includes, for example, at least one of condition A and condition B below.
- Condition A A predetermined second time before the package delivery time.
- Condition B The current position of the delivery person must be within a predetermined second range from the address to which the parcel is to be delivered.
- the second time is shorter than the first time, for example about 1 to 3 minutes.
- the second range is narrower than the first range, for example several meters to tens of meters.
- the determination unit 124 refers to the second storage unit 114 and extracts the package ID associated with the delivery person's terminal ID in the delivery plan data 122 . As a result, the determination unit 124 extracts the parcel IDs of undelivered parcels among the parcels to be delivered by the delivery person. If the delivery plan data 122 includes data related to a package that has not yet been delivered, the determination unit 124 may use the delivery status information of the package data 120 to further extract the package ID of the package that has not been delivered.
- the determination unit 124 determines whether condition A is satisfied based on whether the delivery time associated with the extracted parcel ID is within a second time period from the current time. Specifically, it is determined that the package satisfies the condition A if the delivery time of the package is within a second time from the current time. Also, if the delivery time of the package is not within the second time from the current time, it is determined that the package does not satisfy the condition A.
- the second position acquisition unit 118 inquires the current position of the delivery person terminal 105 indicated by the delivery person terminal ID. Upon receiving this inquiry, second position transmitting section 111 acquires the current position and transmits second position information indicating the acquired current position to delivery support device 104 . As a result, the second position obtaining unit 118 obtains the current position of the package deliverer.
- Judgment unit 124 determines that the current position indicated by the second position information is within a second range from the address included in the destination information of package data 120 for the package with the package ID associated with the delivery person terminal ID in delivery plan data 122 . It is determined whether condition B is satisfied or not. Specifically, it is determined that the package satisfies condition B when the current location is within a second range from the address to which the package is to be delivered. Also, if the current position is not within the second range from the address to which the package is to be delivered, it is determined that the package does not satisfy condition B.
- the determination unit 124 may determine that the package satisfies the second condition when the package satisfies both conditions A and B, and the package satisfies the condition. It may be determined that the parcel satisfies the second condition when either one of A and B is satisfied.
- step S301 When determining that the second condition is not satisfied (step S301; No), the determination unit 124 terminates the second in-delivery process.
- step S301 If it is determined that the second condition is satisfied (step S301; Yes), the determination unit 124 determines whether or not the package determined to satisfy the second condition can be delivered (step S302).
- the determination unit 124 determines whether or not the recipient's schedule is at the delivery time of the package (step S501), as shown in FIG.
- the schedule acquisition unit 116 identifies the first ID of the recipient data 121 including the address and name common to the destination information of the package data 120, and obtains the schedule data including the identified first ID.
- the schedule data 108 acquired at this time may be data relating to the latest schedule from the current time or data relating to the schedule within a predetermined time. Thereby, it is possible to obtain the schedule data 108 indicating the schedule of the recipient of the parcel.
- the determination unit 124 acquires the delivery time associated in the delivery plan data 122 with the package ID of the package determined to satisfy the second condition. Then, using the schedule data 108 acquired by the schedule acquisition unit 116, the determination unit 124 determines whether or not the recipient's schedule coincides with the package delivery time.
- step S501 If it is determined that the delivery time is not scheduled (step S501; No), the first location acquisition unit 117 acquires the first location information of the recipient's terminal 103 of the recipient of the package (step S502). Details of step S502 are generally the same as those of step S202 described above. Thereby, the first position obtaining unit 117 obtains the current position of the recipient of the parcel.
- the determination unit 124 determines whether or not the recipient is at the delivery address of the package (step S503).
- the determination unit 124 determines whether the current location indicated by the first location information matches the address to which the package is to be delivered.
- the address that is the delivery destination of the package is the address included in the destination information associated with the package ID of the package in the package data 120 .
- the measurement error of the current location may be considered. That is, if the current position is within a predetermined range from the address, it is determined that the current position matches the address and the recipient is at the address. Also, if the current location is not within a predetermined range from the address, it is determined that the current location does not match the address and the recipient is not at the address.
- the predetermined range here is a range according to the measurement error.
- step S503 If it is determined that the recipient is at the address (step S503; Yes), the determination unit 124 determines that the package can be delivered (step S504), and returns to the second processing during delivery.
- Step S501 When it is determined that the delivery time is scheduled (step S501; Yes), or when it is determined that the recipient is not at the address (step S503; No), the determination unit 124 determines that the package can be delivered ( Step S505), returning to the second delivery process.
- both the recipient's current location and schedule data are used to determine whether the package can be delivered at the delivery time.
- at least one of the recipient's current location and schedule data may be used to determine whether the package can be delivered at the delivery time.
- step S302 If it is determined that the package determined to satisfy the second condition in step S301 can be delivered (step S302; Yes), the output control unit 125 converts the support information to the delivery person of the delivery person of the package. It is transmitted to the terminal 105 (step S303).
- the support information transmitted here includes the package ID of the package determined to satisfy the second condition in step S301 and the fact that it can be delivered.
- FIG. 17 shows an example of the screen of the output unit 113 displaying support information indicating that the package can be delivered.
- This screen includes a "delivery complete” button and a "redeliver” button.
- the "delivery complete” button is pressed by the delivery person when the package has been handed over to the recipient.
- the input reception unit 112 sends delivery completion information indicating completion of the delivery of the package associated with the "delivery complete” button on the screen via the network N. Send to device 104 .
- the "Re-delivery” button is pressed by the delivery person when the delivery person has delivered the package to the delivery destination, but the recipient has not responded and the package has not been handed over to the recipient.
- the input reception unit 112 transmits redelivery information indicating that the parcel associated with the "redelivery” button on the screen is to be redelivered via the network N. Send to delivery support device 104 .
- the output control unit 125 determines whether or not the delivery of the package determined to satisfy the second condition in step S301 has been completed, depending on whether or not the delivery completion information has been acquired.
- the output control unit 125 determines that the delivery of the package has not been completed (step S304; No). In this case, the output control unit 125 determines whether or not the package determined to satisfy the second condition in step S301 is subject to redelivery, depending on whether or not the redelivery information has been acquired (( step S305).
- step S305 determines that the package is not subject to redelivery (step S305; No), and returns to step S304.
- the output control unit 125 determines that the package has been delivered (step S304; Yes). In this case, the output control unit 125 sets "delivery completed" to the delivery status information of the package data 120 of the package determined to satisfy the second condition in step S301 (step S306).
- the output control unit 125 deletes from the second storage unit 114 the delivery plan data 122 related to the package determined to satisfy the second condition in step S301 (step S307).
- the output control unit 125 transmits support information including the package ID and the delivery time contained in the delivery plan data 122 of the package to be delivered by the delivery person (step S308).
- the destination here is the delivery person terminal 105 of the person delivering the parcel determined to satisfy the second condition in step S301. As a result, the output control unit 125 terminates the second in-delivery process.
- the output control unit 125 outputs the support information to the package. to the delivery person's terminal 105 (step S309).
- the support information transmitted here includes the parcel ID of the parcel determined to satisfy the second condition in step S301 and the fact that the parcel cannot be delivered.
- FIG. 18 shows an example of the screen of the output unit 113 displaying support information indicating that the package cannot be delivered.
- This screen includes a "Confirm” button.
- the "Confirm” button is pressed by the delivery person who has confirmed the contents of the screen.
- the input reception unit 112 causes the output unit 113 to stop displaying the support information indicating that the package cannot be delivered.
- the output control unit 125 indicates whether the package can be delivered.
- the information is displayed on the output unit 113 . This prevents the delivery person from knowing the recipient's privacy, such as whether the recipient is at the address or not. Therefore, it becomes possible to protect the recipient's privacy.
- step S305 If it is determined that the parcel is to be redelivered (step S305; Yes), or following the process of step S309, the output control unit 125 executes the process of step S310.
- step S310 the output control unit 125 sets "redelivery" in the delivery status information of the package data 120 of the package determined to satisfy the second condition in step S301.
- the output control unit 125 deletes from the second storage unit 114 the delivery plan data 122 related to the package determined to satisfy the second condition in step S301 (step S311).
- the parcel determined to satisfy the second condition in step S301 is excluded from the parcels to be delivered during the target period of the delivery plan because it is subject to redelivery.
- the output control unit 125 executes the process of step S308 described above, and ends the second in-delivery process.
- the second in-delivery processing for a package that satisfies the second condition, at least one of the recipient's current location and the schedule data 108 is used to determine whether the package can be delivered at the delivery time. .
- Packages that meet the second condition are packages that will be delivered soon, as described above. In such a case, if the recipient has no schedule for the delivery time and the recipient is at the address, there is a high possibility that the package can be handed over to the recipient. On the other hand, if the recipient has a schedule for the delivery time, or if the recipient is not at the address, there is a low possibility that the package cannot be handed over to the recipient.
- the package is delivered when there is a high possibility that the package can be handed over to the recipient, and the package is redelivered when the possibility is low. be able to. Therefore, it becomes possible to support further improvement of the delivery efficiency of packages.
- the delivery support device 104 uses the schedule data 108 of the recipient specified by the destination information of the package to display the support information indicating the delivery time or delivery availability of the package on the output unit 113. .
- Embodiment 1 according to the present invention may be modified as follows.
- Modification 1 In the plan creation process according to the first embodiment, an example has been described in which a package delivery plan is created regardless of the current location of the recipient. However, during the planning process, if the recipient is on a business trip, etc., and is far away from the address to which the package is to be delivered, there is a high possibility that the delivery person will not be able to deliver the package to the recipient. .
- the recipient's parcel may be subject to redelivery and excluded from the parcels targeted for the planning process.
- step S101 similar to that of Embodiment 1 is performed. After that, substantially the same processing as steps S202 to S204 is repeated for all packages related to the package data 120 acquired in step S101 (loop A; step S601).
- step S202 the first location acquisition unit 117 obtains the first location information by inquiring the recipient terminal 103 of the recipient specified by the destination information acquired in step S101 about the current location. get.
- schedule acquisition section 116 uses the first location information acquired in step S202 to determine whether or not the recipient's current location is within a predetermined third range. to decide.
- the range where the recipient is far from the address is set.
- the far range from the address is a predetermined range from the address. This range is a range that exceeds a distance that would be difficult for the recipient to travel during the target period of the delivery plan, for example, a range that exceeds several hundred kilometers.
- step S203 it is possible to judge whether or not there is a high possibility that the recipient will be at the address during the target period of the delivery plan.
- step S203 is another example of the predetermined first condition.
- step S204 If the recipient's current position is not within the third range (step S203; No), the determining unit 123 adds "re- "Delivery" is set (step S204).
- step S203 If the recipient's current location is within the third range (step S203; No), the schedule acquisition unit 116 holds the package ID of the recipient's package (step S602).
- step S202 to S204 When the processing of steps S202 to S204 is completed for all the packages related to the package data 120 acquired in step S101 (loop A), the package of the package ID held in step S602 is subjected to the plan after step S102. Creation processing is executed.
- step S102 the schedule data 108 of the recipient identified by the destination information associated with the package ID held in step S602 in the package data 120 is acquired from the schedule management device 102. do.
- Modification 2 In Embodiment 1, the case where the person who receives the package is the recipient specified by the destination information of the package has been described as an example. However, the package may also be picked up by someone other than the recipient, such as, for example, the recipient's housemate.
- the package in addition to the recipient specified by the destination information of the package, the package can also be received by a receiving agent that is predetermined in association with the recipient.
- the recipient data 221 according to this modification is data that replaces the recipient data 121 according to the first embodiment.
- the recipient data 221 includes proxy recipient information in addition to the same address, name, first ID, and recipient terminal ID as in the first embodiment, and these are associated with each other. ing.
- the proxy payee information is information about the proxy payee, and is set in association with the payee, for example, with the consent of both the recipient and the proxy payee.
- the proxy payee information includes, for example, the name of the second payee, the first ID, and the payee terminal ID.
- the recipient terminal ID included in the substitute recipient information is information for identifying the recipient terminal 103 possessed by the second recipient, and the contact address of the recipient terminal 103 is set.
- the payee data 221 is associated with proxy payee information related to the payee's proxy payee specified by the address and name.
- a detailed example of the recipient data 121 shown in the figure indicates that the name, first ID, and recipient terminal ID of the proxy recipient information are "name P,” "user P,” and "terminal P,” respectively. .
- one payee may be associated with proxy payee information related to multiple proxy payees.
- the recipient in the description of Embodiment 1 should be replaced with qualified recipients, including the recipient and its proxy recipient.
- a qualified recipient is a person who is qualified to receive the package, and is a generic term for the recipient and the receiving agent. Since the qualified recipients include at least the recipient, there are a plurality of qualified recipients when the recipient agent is set as in this modified example.
- the support unit 119 uses the schedule data 108 of the qualified recipient, which includes the recipient specified by the destination information of the package and the recipient's agent, to output support information indicating the delivery time or delivery availability of the package. 113 can be displayed.
- the determination unit 123 can use the schedule data 108 of the qualified recipient to determine the delivery time of the package. Further, when the current location of the qualified recipient satisfies a predetermined first condition, the determination unit 123 can determine the delivery time of the parcel using the schedule data 108 of the qualified recipient.
- the determination unit 124 can determine whether or not the package can be delivered at the delivery time of the package. Further, when the second condition is satisfied, the determination unit 124 can determine whether or not the parcel can be delivered at the delivery time of the parcel using at least one of the current location of the qualified recipient and the schedule data.
