- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캡부는, 상기 헤드의 하측 외주연이 결합되는 헤드연결부와, 상기 헤드연결부의 하부에서 상기 용기본체의 상측에 장착되도록 연장 형성되는 본체연결부를 포함하고,상기 용기본체는, 상기 본체연결부에 삽입되는 삽입부와, 상기 삽입부의 하부로 연장 형성되는 수용부를 포함하고,상기 본체연결부에 상기 삽입부가 삽입된 상태에서, 상기 본체연결부가 상기 삽입부를 따라 하강되면, 상기 헤드가 상기 연결부와 가까워지도록 위치되어 상기 충전유도부의 내부 부피가 작아지도록 변화되고,상기 본체연결부가 상기 삽입부를 따라 하강된 상태에서 상기 본체연결부가 상기 삽입부를 따라 상승되면, 상기 헤드가 상기 연결부에서 멀어지도록 위치되어 상기 충전유도부의 내부 부피가 커지도록 변화되고, 상기 용기본체에 저장된 화장품이 상기 스포이드관을 통하여 상기 충전유도부 방향으로 흡입되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오토 드롭퍼를 구비하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 본체연결부의 내주연에 캡나사산이 형성되고,상기 삽입부의 외주연에 상기 캡나사산과 나사 결합 가능하도록 본체나사산이 형성되고,상기 본체연결부를 정회전시켜서 상기 캡나사산과 상기 본체나사산이 나사 결합되면, 상기 헤드가 상기 연결부와 가까워지도록 하강되고,상기 캡부를 역회전시켜서 상기 캡나사산과 상기 본체나사산의 나사 결합이 해제되면, 상기 헤드가 상기 연결부에서 멀어지도록 승강되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오토 드롭퍼를 구비하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 헤드연결부의 내주연에 끼움결합부가 형성되고,상기 헤드의 하측 외주연에 상기 끼움결합부에 끼움 결합되도록 상부끼움부가 형성되고,상기 본체연결부가 상기 삽입부를 따라 상승될 때, 상기 헤드연결부가 상기 헤드의 하측을 상부로 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 오토 드롭퍼를 구비하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 충전유도부는 내부가 빈 기둥 형태로 형성되되 일측은 상기 헤드와 연결되고 타측은 상기 연결부와 연결되며,상기 충전유도부의 일측과 타측 사이의 외측은 복수 개의 볼록부와 복수 개의 오목부가 세워진 상태로 교호적으로 반복 배열되어 형성되되, 상기 볼록부와 상기 오목부는 상기 본체연결부가 정회전되는 방향을 따라 나선 형태로 휘어지도록 형성되고,상기 본체연결부가 정회전됨에 따라 상기 헤드가 상기 연결부와 가까워지도록 하강되면, 상기 볼록부와 상기 오목부의 휘어진 각도가 점차 작아지도록 탄성 변형되고,상기 본체연결부가 역회전됨에 따라 상기 볼록부와 상기 오목부의 휘어진 각도가 점차 작아 커지도록 복원되면, 상기 헤드가 상기 연결부와 멀어지도록 상승되고, 상기 충전유도부의 내부 부피가 커지도록 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오토 드롭퍼를 구비하는 화장품 용기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 충전유도부는 내부가 빈 기둥 형태로 형성되되 일측은 상기 헤드와 연결되고 타측은 상기 연결부와 연결되며, 일측과 타측 사이의 외측은 복수 개의 볼록부와 복수 개의 오목부가 상하 방향으로 적층되면서 교호적으로 반복 배열되어 형성되고,상기 본체연결부가 정회전됨에 따라 상기 헤드가 상기 연결부와 가까워지도록 하강되면, 상호 인접한 한 쌍의 상기 볼록부 간의 간격이 점차 작아지도록 탄성 변형되고, 상기 본체연결부가 역회전됨에 따라 상호 인접한 한 쌍의 상기 볼록부 간의 간격이 점차 커지도록 복원되면, 상기 헤드가 상기 연결부와 멀어지도록 상승되고, 상기 충전유도부의 내부 부피가 커지도록 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오토 드롭퍼를 구비하는 화장품 용기.
