在一些实施例中,多个所述存料腔分别为第一存料腔以及两个沿第一水平方向相隔设置的第二存料腔,沿第二水平方向,两个所述第二存料腔位于所述第一存料腔的同一侧,所述第二水平方向与所述第一水平方向相垂直;两个所述第二存料腔之间形成有出液槽,所述出液槽的一端与所述第一存料 腔连通,另一端与所述容纳盒的盒腔连通;所述出液槽为所述第一存料腔的所述料腔出口。
在一些实施例中,所述分水板上还设有第三挡筋,所述第三挡筋沿所述第二水平方向延伸,且插入至所述出液槽中。
在一些实施例中,所述盒侧壁的顶部形成有安装缺口,所述分水板上还设有定位部,所述定位部配合伸入至所述安装缺口中。
在一些实施例中,所述定位部包括平行且相隔设置的第一定位筋和第二定位筋,所述第一定位筋与所述安装缺口的一端相抵靠,所述第二定位筋与所述安装缺口的另一端相抵靠。
在一些实施例中,所述第一投放装置包括还包括虹吸部件,所述虹吸部件包括设置于所述第二存料腔中的立管和套设于所述立管上的虹吸帽,所述立管的下端与位于所述第二存料腔底部的所述料腔出口相连通;所述虹吸帽与所述第二存料腔的底壁、所述立管的上端以及所述立管的侧壁之间均具有可供液体通过的间隙。
在一些实施例中,所述分水槽的槽底设有所述水腔出口;所述分水组件还包括位于所述分水板下方的喷淋管,所述喷淋管的上端管口与所述水腔出口连接,下端管口朝向所述料腔入口设置。
在一些实施例中,所述喷淋管沿竖直方向延伸;所述喷淋管的内壁包括呈筒状的管内壁、以及连接于所述管内壁与所述喷淋管的下端面之间的导流壁,所述导流壁被配置为改变所述喷淋管所喷出水流的方向,以使所述水流的方向与所述管内壁之间呈钝角。
在一些实施例中,所述导流壁呈曲面状;和/或,所述管内壁呈锥形筒状,且所述管内壁的小口端与所述导流壁相连接。
在一些实施例中,所述喷淋管的下端面相对水平面倾斜设置,在通过所述喷淋管的中心轴线的竖直截面内,所述下端面的第一端的位置低于所述下端面的第二端;所述导流壁位于靠近所述下端面的第一端的位置处。
在一些实施例中,所述喷淋管包括上管段、以及位于所述上管段下方的下管段;所述上管段的上端与所述水腔出口连接,所述导流壁位于所述下管段的下端管口处。所述上管段的下端伸入至所述下管段中,且通过转动结构与所述下管段连接,以使所述下管段可相对所述上管段转动;或者,所述下管段的上端伸入至所述上管段中,且通过转动结构与所述下管段连接,以使所述下管段可相对所述上管段转动。
在一些实施例中,所述转动结构包括设置于所述上管段、所述下管段中 的一个上的环状卡槽以及设置于所述上管段、所述下管段中的另一个上的环状凸筋;所述环状凸筋与所述环状卡槽相配合。
在一些实施例中,洗衣机还包括第一送水装置和第二送水装置;所述第一送水装置包括送水泵和第一送水管;所述送水泵的入口与可再利用水源连通,所述送水泵的出口通过所述第一送水管与至少一个所述分水腔的所述水腔入口连通。所述第二送水装置包括第二送水管,所述第二送水管的一端与所述洗衣机的进水阀连通,另一端与至少一个所述分水腔的所述水腔入口连通。

在一些实施例中,洗衣机还包括第二投放装置,所述第二投放装置包括设置于所述箱体上的容纳壳体、顶端设置有投料口的第二洗涤料盒、投放泵、第一管路以及第二管路,所述第二洗涤料盒设置于所述容纳壳体中,且可滑动抽出于所述容纳壳体,使所述投料口位于所述容纳壳体外;所述投放泵包括泵腔、以及与所述泵腔连通的入口端和出口端,所述投放泵的所述入口端伸入所述容纳壳体中;所述第一管路的第一端与所述第二洗涤料盒连通,第二端被配置为与所述入口端连通,且在所述第二洗涤料盒抽出于所述容纳壳体时,所述第一管路的第二端可与所述入口端相分离;所述第二管路的一端与所述出口端连通,另一端与所述容纳盒的盒腔连通。

相关技术中的洗衣机是通过管路将水分流至洗涤料盒的多个存料腔中,这样使得洗衣机其内部的分流水路的布局较为复杂,如此带来两个缺点,一 是容易出现管路故障,维修复杂,二是生产成本高,生产效率低,无法推广使用。
本公开实施例中的洗衣机是将分流水路集成于分水组件中,这样简化了水路布局,降低了洗衣机的管路出现故障的概率,同时还降低了生产成本。
如图1所示,图1为本公开一些实施例中的洗衣机的投放系统的简图。该洗衣机的投放系统,包括第一投放装置1、第二投放装置2、洗衣桶3、第一送水装置4以及第二送水装置5。
第一投放装置1包括顶部具有盒口的容纳盒11、设置于容纳盒11的盒腔内的第一洗涤料盒12、以及分水组件13,洗衣桶3位于容纳盒11的下方;
容纳盒11的底部开设有与容纳盒11的盒腔连通的出液口111以及洗涤料口112,出液口111通过连接管路a与洗衣桶3连通。
第一洗涤料盒12包括三个存料腔121,每个存料腔121均包括料腔入口1211、以及与容纳盒11的盒腔连通的料腔出口1212,并且每个存料腔121的料腔入口1211均与容纳盒11的盒口相对设置,存料腔121中用于放置洗涤料。通过设置多个存料腔121,这样就可以在第一洗涤料盒12内投放多种不同功能的洗涤料,例如洗衣液、衣物漂白剂、柔顺剂、消毒剂、洗衣粉等等,来更好地满足用户的洗衣需求。
分水组件13盖设于容纳盒11的盒口处,且包括三个分水腔131,每个分水腔131均包括水腔入口1311以及水腔出口1312,且每个分水腔131的水腔出口1312均位于分水腔131的底部,且分别与料腔入口1211相对设置。
通过将多个存料腔121的进水通道集成在分水组件13的内部,那么就无需设置多个管路分别与三个存料腔121对应连通,从而可以简化该洗衣机的第一投放装置1的管路布置,使得该第一投放装置1的结构更加紧凑。通过将分水组件13盖设于容纳盒11的盒口处,也就是分水组件13是位于第一洗涤料盒12的上方,这样分水腔131中的水就可以在重力的作用下由分水腔131的水腔出口1312进入到存料腔121中,而无需通过泵将分水腔131中的水抽至存料腔121中,从而可以简化第一投放装置1的结构。
当然,第一洗涤料盒12内也不限于设置三个存料腔121,也可以设置两个、四个等,具体可根据实际的需要设置。分水组件13内也不限于设置三个分水腔131,也可以设置两个、四个等,具体可根据存料腔121数目的多个来定。
第二送水装置5包括第二送水管51,第二送水管51的一端与洗衣机的进水阀52连通,另一端分别与两个分水腔131相连通,进水阀52与洗衣机的 供水系统连接。
其中,供水系统可以是自来水系统,用于提供一次利用水。
第一送水装置4包括送水泵41、第一送水管42、泵引水管43以及输入管44,送水泵41为叶片泵,送水泵41的入口通过输入管44与可再利用水源连通,送水泵41的出口通过第一送水管42与一个水腔入口1311连通,泵引水管43的一端与连通第二送水管51的一个分水腔131连通,另一端与送水泵41的泵腔连通。
上述泵引水管43可以从与第二送水管51连通的一个分水腔131中引入部分水到送水泵41的泵腔中,以辅助送水泵41启动,从而使送水泵41的启动更加容易。
当然,除了叶片泵之外,送水泵41也可以是其它类型的泵。如果送水泵41可以自行启动,也可以不用设置泵引水管43。
上述可再利用水源用于提供可再利用水,可再利用水是指可以循环利用的水,例如洗澡水,洗过水果或者蔬菜的水。这样分水组件13中的一个分水腔131便可以专门用于供可再利用水流入,通过利用可再利用水洗涤合适的衣物,可以节约水资源,满足用户的洗衣需求。
当然,第一送水管42也可以与两个分水腔131的水腔入口1311连通,第二送水管51也可以与一个分水腔131的水腔入口1311连通,只要保证多个分水腔131均与第一送水管42、第二送水管51连通即可。
第二投放装置2包括两个第二洗涤料盒21、投放泵22、两个第一管路23、以及第二管路24、第三管路25;每个第二洗涤料盒21的顶端设有投料口211。
投放泵22包括泵腔221、以及与泵腔221连通的入口端222、出口端223以及连通口224,每个第一管路23的第一端与对应的第二洗涤料盒21连通,第二端与投放泵22的入口端222连通;
第二管路24的一端与投放泵22出口端223连通,另一端与容纳盒11的洗涤料口112连通。
第三管路25的一端与一个分水腔131连通,另一端与投放泵22的连通口224连通,这样第三管路25就可以将一个分水腔131中的水引入投放泵22的泵腔221,从而可以对投放泵22的泵腔221中以及第二管路24中残留的洗涤料进行冲洗。
上述第二洗涤料盒21的数目除了设置两个之外,也可以设置一个,三个等,在此不做具体限定。
洗衣机的操作面板上设有选择按键,用户可以通过选择按键来选择采用 第一投放装置1投放,还是采用第二投放装置2投放。
若采用第一投放装置1投放时,用户将预设量的洗涤料放入到第一洗涤料盒12的存料腔121中,然后水从水腔入口1311进入到分水腔131中,接着在重力的作用下水从水腔出口1312流入第一洗涤料盒12的存料腔121中,与其中的洗涤料混合,以形成洗涤料溶液。洗涤料溶液从存料腔121的料腔出口1212进入到容纳盒11中,然后在重力的作用下由出液口111流入洗衣桶3中,以完成洗涤料的投放。
若采用第二投放装置2投放时,第二洗涤料盒21中的洗涤料在投放泵22的抽取作用下,经第一管路23、第二管路24、洗涤料口112进入到容纳盒11,并在容纳盒11中与水(供水系统或者可再利用水源中的水经分水组件13、存料腔121进入到容纳盒11的盒腔中,此时存料腔121中不放置洗涤料)混合形成洗涤料溶液,然后洗涤料溶液由出液口111、连接管路a进入到洗衣桶3中,以完成洗涤料的投放。第二投放装置2是通过投放泵22来控制洗涤料的投放量,可以省去用户人工控制洗涤料的投放量,从而可以减轻用户的负担,以提高用户的使用体验。
上述容纳盒11相当于设置在第一洗涤料盒12、第二洗涤料盒21与洗衣桶3之间的混液容器,第一洗涤料盒12的存料腔121中的洗涤料被水带入容纳盒11后,洗涤料可以在容纳盒11内与水充分混合并溶解,充分溶解的洗涤料可以顺利地经连接管路进入到洗衣桶3中,大大降低了未溶解的洗涤料残留在连接管路上堵塞管路的风险;同时,第二洗涤料盒21中的洗涤料由投放泵22抽至容纳盒11中时,可以与水混合并充分溶解形成洗涤料溶液,以降低洗涤料的流动粘度,从而可以避免洗涤料在管路上残留以堵塞管路。
上述洗衣机的投放系统中,除了同时设置第一投放装置1和第二投放装置2之外,也可以根据实际情况只设置第一投放装置1和第二投放装置2中的一个。
如图1所示,为了便于后续描述,下面对上述三个分水腔131进行一下命名,三个分水腔131分别为第一分水腔131a、第二分水腔131b以及第三分水腔131c;
第一分水腔131a的水腔入口1311、水腔出口1312分别为第一水腔入口1311a、第一水腔出口1312a;
第二分水腔131b的水腔入口1311、水腔出口1312分别为第二水腔入口1311b、第二水腔出口1312b;
第三分水腔131c的水腔入口1311、水腔出口1312分别为第三水腔入口 1311c、第三水腔出口1312c;
第一水腔入口1311a、第二水腔入口1311b均与第二送水管51相连通,第三水腔入口1311c与第一送水管42相连通。
上述洗衣机可以是波轮洗衣机,也可以是滚筒洗衣机,还可以是具有波轮洗衣桶和滚筒式洗衣桶的多桶洗衣机,在此不做具体限定。
下面以波轮洗衣机为例来介绍本公开实施例中洗衣机投放系统具体的结构组成。
如图2和图3所示,图2为本公开一些实施例中的洗衣机的结构示意图,图3为图2中洗衣机中第一投放装置1、第二投放装置2与洗衣机的围框的爆炸图。该洗衣机包括箱体6,箱体6包括箱体本体61、以及设置于箱体本体61顶部的围框62,洗衣桶3设置于箱体本体61中,围框62包括与洗衣桶3的桶口相对设置的衣物投放口621、以及位于衣物投放口621的后侧、且与衣物投放口621连通的容纳腔622,第一投放装置1、第二投放装置2沿水平方向并排设置,且可拆卸安装与容纳腔622中。
如图4、图5、图6所示,图4为第一投放装置1、第二投放装置2的结构示意图,图5为图4中的第一投放装置1的爆炸视图,图6为第一洗涤料盒12从容纳盒11中抽出后的状态图。第一洗涤料盒12大致呈长方体状,容纳盒11的前侧具有开口,第一洗涤料盒12与容纳盒11之间滑动连接,以使第一洗涤料盒12可从容纳盒11的前侧开口中沿水平方向滑动抽出。这样可以方便用户向第一洗涤料盒12的存料腔121中添加洗涤料,从而保证第一投放装置1顺利向洗衣桶3中投放洗涤料。
在一些实施例中,如图7和图8所示,图7为第一洗涤料盒12放置于容纳盒11中的示意图,图8所示为第一洗涤料盒12中存料腔121的布置示意图。第一洗涤料盒12包括盒底壁122、位于盒底壁122的周缘处的盒侧壁123、以及设置于盒底壁122上的分隔壁124,盒底壁122与盒侧壁123围成第一洗涤料盒12的盒腔,分隔壁124将第一洗涤料盒12的盒腔分隔成多个存料腔121。相较于将每个存料腔121设置成独立的子盒体,通过分隔壁124将第一洗涤料盒12的盒腔分隔成多个存料腔121,那么两个存料腔121就可以共用一个分隔壁124,这样不但可以节省制作材料,而且还可以简化第一洗涤料盒12的内部结构。
在一些实施例中,如图7和图8所示,多个存料腔121分别为第一存料腔121a以及两个沿第一水平方向X相隔设置的第二存料腔121b,沿第二水平方向Y,两个第二存料腔121b位于第一存料腔121a的同一侧,第二水平 方向Y与第一水平方向X相垂直;
两个第二存料腔121b之间形成有出液槽125,出液槽125的一端与第一存料腔121a连通,另一端与容纳盒11的盒腔连通;出液槽125为第一存料腔121a的料腔出口1212。
上述第一存料腔121a可以放置洗衣粉等固态的洗涤料,两个第二存料腔121b可以放置洗衣液、柔顺剂等液态的洗涤料。第一存料腔121a通过出液槽125与容纳盒11连通,这样可以便于第一存料腔121a中洗涤料与水混合后进入到容纳盒11中。
在一些实施例中,如图9所示,图9为图7中的A-A截面的剖视图。第一投放装置1包括还包括虹吸部件14,虹吸部件14包括立管141和虹吸帽142,立管141设置于第二存料腔121b中,立管141的下端与位于第二存料腔121b的底部的料腔出口1212相连通;虹吸帽142套设于立管141上,且虹吸帽142与第二存料腔121b的底壁、立管141的上端以及立管141的侧壁之间均具有可供液体通过的间隙。
第一投放装置1工作时,第二存料腔121b中的洗涤料与水混合形成洗涤料溶液,在虹吸部件14的虹吸作用下,洗涤料溶液沿虹吸帽142与立管141的侧壁之间的间隙上升,从立管141的上端进入到立管141中,然后沿立管141的下端进入到容纳盒11中。
当然,虹吸部件14除了上述结构之外,也可以设置成虹吸管,具体可根据实际情况而定。
在一些实施例中,如图10所示,图10所示为容纳盒11的结构示意图。沿第二水平方向Y,容纳盒11的底部倾斜设置,出液口111设置在容纳盒11的底部位置较低的一端。
如图7和图10所示,容纳盒11的底部倾斜设置可以使得从第一洗涤料盒12内的存料腔121流出的洗涤料溶液能够在重力的作用下聚集在容纳盒11的底部的较低处,从而更快的从容纳盒11底部的出液口111流入至洗衣桶3中,且不会在容纳盒11内聚积一些残留的洗涤料溶液。
容纳盒11的底部的倾斜角度可以是在1°~10°之间,也可以是1°到15°之间,还可以是1°到20°之间,具体倾斜角度可以根据实际需要而设定,在此不做具体限定。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图4和图5所示,分水组件13包括分水板132和盖板133,分水板132上设有三个分水槽134,三个分水槽134分别为第一分水槽134a、第二分水槽134b以及第三分水槽134c。盖板133可拆卸地盖设 于分水板132上,以使盖板133与第一分水槽134a形成第一分水腔131a,盖板133与第二分水槽134b形成第二分水腔131b,盖板133与第三分水槽134c形成第三分水腔131c。相比分水板132与盖板133之间焊接,将分水板132与盖板133可拆卸连接,这样当第一分水腔131a、第二分水腔131b、第三分水腔131c发生堵塞时,可以方便将分水板132与盖板133拆开以对堵塞部位进行清理。
其中,分水板132与盖板133之间的距离可以不小于6mm,以使水流能够顺利流入分水板132与盖板133之间。
当然,分水板132上也可以设有两个分水槽134,还可以设有四个分水槽134,在此不做具体限定。对于本领域技术人员而言,应该理解的是,分水腔131数量与分水板132上设置的分水槽134的数量是相同的。
在一些实施例中,如图5和图6所示,分水组件13包括设置于分水板132的一侧表面上的多个分隔筋135,多个分隔筋135与分水板132形成第一分水槽134a、第二分水槽134b以及第三分水槽134c。通过在分水槽134上设置分隔筋135以形成多个分水槽134,这样就无需在分水板132上通过去除材料的方式开设分水槽134,那么分水板132的厚度就可以设置得小一些,从而有利于减轻分水板132的重量。
在一些实施例中,如图5和图6所示,第一分水槽134a、第二分水槽134b以及第三分水槽134c的槽底均设有一个凸起136(也可以是多个凸起136),每个凸起136上均开设有通孔1361,通孔1361的一端与分水板132的下侧连通,另一端与分水板132的上侧连通。这样通孔1361可以使分水板132的上下两侧的气压保持一致,从而使水流能顺畅的从分水板132板上的分水槽134中流入至存料腔121中。
其中,每个凸起136上可以设置一个通孔1361,也可以设置多个通孔1361,多个通孔1361可以设置在凸起136的不同高度的位置,以使分水板132上下两侧的气压能够快速保持一致。
当凸起136上设置一个通孔1361时,如图5和图6所示,该通孔1361可以设置在凸起136远离分水板132的一端,以使分水槽134中即使有较高水位的水时,通孔1361不容易被水所淹没,仍能保持通畅。
如图5和图6所示,凸起136的高度大于或等于分隔筋135的高度,这样可以抬高通孔1361的上端孔口的位置,以使通孔1361更不容易被水淹没。
在一些实施例中,如图11和图13所示,图11为第一投放装置1、第二投放装置2的俯视图,图13为图11中的第一投放装置1、第二投放装置2拆 去盖板133后的示意图。第一水腔入口1311a设置于盖板133与第一分水槽134a相对的位置处,第二水腔入口1311b设置于盖板133与第二分水槽134b相对的位置处,第三水腔入口1311c设置于盖板133与第三分水槽134c相对的位置处。第一送水管42与第三水腔入口1311c相连通,第二送水管51分别与第一水腔入口1311a、第二水腔入口1311b连通。
这样,如图13所示,第二送水管51输送的一次利用水就可以分别由第一水腔入口1311a、第二水腔入口1311b进入到第一分水槽134a、第二分水槽134b中进行分流,第一送水管42输送的可再利用水就可以由第三水腔入口1311c进入到第三分水槽134c中。
如11和图12所示,图12为图11中的B-B剖面视图。第二送水管51通过第一导向件53与第一水腔入口1311a连接。第一导向件53具有导流壁531,导流壁531相对水平面倾斜设置,且与第一水腔入口1311a相对设置。通过在第一导向件53中设置倾斜设置的导流壁531,这样导流壁531可以平缓地改变水流的方向,以使第二送水管51中的水顺利地由第一水腔入口1311a进入到第一分水槽134a中。
如11和图12所示,第二送水管51还通过第二导向件54与第二水腔入口1311b连接,第二导向件54的结构与第一导向件53的结构相同,以使第二送水管51中的水顺利地由第二水腔入口1311b进入到第二分水槽134b中。
在一些实施例中,如图13所示,第一分水槽134a与一个第二存料腔121b的料腔入口1211相对设置(图中左侧的圆形代表分水板132上与一个第二存料腔121b的料腔入口1211相对的区域),且第一分水槽134a与第二存料腔121b的料腔入口1211的相对的区域上设有多个第一水腔出口1312a,这样,当水流流经第一分水槽134a与第二存料腔121b相对的区域上时,就可以通过多个第一水腔出口1312a流入至第二存料腔121b中,从而与该第二存料腔121b中的洗涤料混合。
第二分水槽134b与第一存料腔121a以及第二存料腔121b的料腔入口1211相对设置(图中右侧的圆形代表分水板132上与另外一个第二存料腔121b的料腔入口1211相对的区域,图中下侧的矩形代表分水板132上与第一存料腔121a的料腔入口1211相对的区域),且第二分水槽134b与第一存料腔121a的料腔入口1211的相对的区域、以及与第二存料腔121b的料腔入口1211的相对的区域上分别设有多个第二水腔出口1312b,这样,当水流经第二分水槽134b与第一存料腔121a以及第二存料腔121b相对的区域上时,就可以通过多个第二水腔出口1312b流入至第一存料腔121a以及第二存料腔 121b中,从而分别与第一存料腔121a以及第二存料腔121b中的洗涤料混合。
第三分水槽134c与第一存料腔121a以及第二存料腔121bb的料腔入口1211相对设置,且第二分水槽134b与第一存料腔121a的料腔入口1211的相对的区域上设有多个第三水腔出口1312c,这样,当水流经第三分水槽134c与第一存料腔121a相对的区域上时,就可以通过多个第三水腔出口1312c流入至第一存料腔121a中,从而与第一存料腔121a中的洗涤料混合。
当然,如图6和图13所示,上述第一分水槽134a除了与一个存料腔121的料腔入口1211相对之外,也可以与多个存料腔121的料腔入口1211相对,第一分水槽134a与每个料腔入口1211相对的区域中至少有一个开设多个第一水腔出口1312a。
上述第二分水槽134b、第三分水槽134c除了与两个存料腔121的料腔入口1211相对之外,也可以与一个存料腔121的料腔入口1211相对。上述第三分水槽134c也可以在与第二存料腔121b的料腔入口1211相对的区域内设置多个第三水腔出口1312c。
上述第一水腔入口1311a、第二水腔入口1311b、第三水腔入口1311c的形状可以是圆形,也可以是方形、菱形等,在此不做具体限定。
在一些实施例中,如图13所示,第二分水槽134b包括呈迂回设置的子槽段1341,该子槽段1341的槽底与第一存料腔121a的料腔入口1211相对设置,且沿该子槽段1341的延伸方向,该子槽段1341的槽底上开设有多个相隔排布的第二水腔出口1312b。这样,水流经子槽段1341时,就可以大量流入第一存料腔121a中,使得能够保证第一存料腔121a中的各个位置都能够被水冲刷,保证洗涤料充分与水混合,从而可以防止第一存料腔121a中残留有洗涤料的情况发生。
除了第二分水槽134b之外,第一分水槽134a、第二分水槽134b也可以设置呈迂回设置的子槽段1341,具体可根据分水槽134相对的料腔入口1211的形状而定。
在一些实施例中,如图13所示,在第三分水槽134c中,多个第三水腔出口1312c沿第三分水槽134c的延伸方向相隔排布。这样可以保证第三分水槽134c中的水均匀地进入到第一存料腔121a中,以与第一存料腔121a中的洗涤料充分混合。
当然,在第一分水槽134a中,多个第一水腔出口1312a也可以沿第一分水槽134a的延伸方向相隔排布,具体可根据该分水槽134相对的料腔入口1211的形状而定。
在一些实施例中,如图6和图13所示,在第二分水槽134b的子槽段1341中,沿水在子槽段1341中的流动方向,多个第二水腔出口1312b的大小逐渐增大。由于水流沿着子槽段1341的延伸方向流速变慢,多个第二水腔出口1312b的大小沿着水流的方向逐渐增大,可以使一定时间内不同位置的第二水腔出口1312b流出的水量一致,以使第一存料腔121a中不同位置的水量一致,以使第一存料腔121a中的洗涤料能够更好与水混合溶解。
在一些实施例中,如图13所示,在第三分水槽134c中,沿水在第三分水槽134c中的流动方向,多个第三水腔出口1312c的大小逐渐增大。通过这样设置可以使一定时间内不同位置的第三水腔出口1312c流出的水量一致,以使第一存料腔121a中不同位置的水量一致,以使第一存料腔121a中的洗涤料能够更好与水混合溶解。
由图13中多个第二水腔出口1312b以及多个第三水腔出口1312c的大小分布规律可以看出,在分水槽134中,通过将多个水腔出口1312的大小沿水流的方向逐渐增大设置,这样可以保证每个水腔出口1312的出水量大致相等。
在一些实施例中,如图14、图15和图16所示,图14为分水板132的下侧的结构示意图,图15为第一投放装置1拆去分水组件13后的结构示意图,图16为图13中的C-C截面的剖视图。分水组件13还包括位于分水板132下方的多个喷淋管137,对于每个喷淋管137,喷淋管137的上端管口与一个水腔出口1312连接,下端管口均朝向料腔入口1211设置。在工作时,分水槽134中的水就可以由水腔出口1312进入到喷淋管137中,然后从喷淋管137的下端管口处流至存料腔121中。由于喷淋管137的下端管口更加靠近存料腔121,这样水从喷淋管137的下端管口进入存料腔121时,可以减少水的飞溅。
其中,如图16所示,喷淋管137的管内径与所连接的水腔出口1312的面积大小相适应,这里的“相适应”是指相等或相近。
在一些实施例中,如图16和图17所示,图17为图16中的喷淋管137的放大图。喷淋管137沿竖直方向延伸,喷淋管137的内壁包括呈筒状的管内壁1371、以及连接于管内壁1371与喷淋管137的下端面之间的导流壁1372,导流壁1372被配置为改变喷淋管137所喷出的水流的方向,以使水流的方向与管内壁1371之间呈钝角。
通过设置导流壁1372,这样水流从喷淋管137中喷出时与管内壁1371呈钝角,那么喷淋管137喷出的水流就可以对喷淋管137周围的部件进行清洗,比如虹吸部件14,从而使得喷淋管137既可以向存料腔121中送水,也可以 作为清洗喷头清洗其它部件。
其中,具有导流壁1372的喷淋管137的个数可以是一个,也可以是多个,具体可根据实际情况而定。
导流壁1372的形状不唯一,在一些实施例中,如图17所示,导流壁1372可以呈曲面状。在另一些实施例中,导流壁1372也可以呈斜面状。相比呈斜面状,当导流壁1372呈曲面状时,有曲面没有棱角,这样可以平稳地改变水流的方向,从而对水流进行更好地导向。
在一些实施例中,为了更加平稳地改变水流的方向,如图17所示,管内壁1371呈锥形筒状,且管内壁1371的小口端与导流壁1372相连接。通过将管内壁1371设置成锥形筒,也就是管内壁1371倾斜设置,这样可以使管内壁1371与导流壁1372相接处过渡更加平缓,从而可以更加平稳地改变水流的方向,以对水流进行更好地导向。
在一些实施例中,为了便于水流从喷淋管137喷出,如图17所示,喷淋管137的下端面相对水平面倾斜设置,在通过喷淋管137的中心轴线的竖直截面(也就是图13中的C-C截面)内,喷淋管137的下端面的第一端(也就是左端)的位置低于下端面的第二端(也就是右端);导流壁1372位于靠近喷淋管137的下端面的第一端的位置处。
其中,如图17所示,喷淋管137的下端面的第二端距离分水板132的距离大于4mm。
如图17所示,在喷淋管137中的水流在导流壁1372的导流下向右下方喷出时,通过将喷淋管137的下端面的右端抬高,这样就避免了喷淋管137的管壁与喷出的水流之间发生干涉,从而使水流更加顺畅地从喷淋管137中喷出。
在一些实施例中,为了使喷淋管137所喷出的水流更好地对喷淋管137周围的部件进行清洗,如图16和图18所示,图18为本公开一些实施例中喷淋管137的结构示意图。喷淋管137包括上管段1373、以及位于上管段1373下方的下管段1374。
上管段1373的上端与水腔出口1312连接,导流壁1372位于下管段1374的下端管口处;上管段1373的下端伸入至下管段1374中,且通过转动结构138与下管段1374连接,以使下管段1374可相对上管段1373转动。
通过下管段1374相对上管段1373的转动,这样可以调节下管段1374的下端管口的朝向,从而可以方便对喷淋管137周围的多个部件进行清洗,比如图16中位于左侧的喷淋管137如果替换成图18所示的喷淋管137,那么转 动下管段1374,这样既可以对虹吸部件14进行清洗,也可以度第一洗涤料盒12的盒侧壁123进行清洗。
在一些实施例中,如图18所示,转动结构138包括设置于上管段1373上的环状卡槽1381以及设置于下管段1374上的环状凸筋1382,环状凸筋1382与环状卡槽1381相配合,以实现下管段1374相对上管段1373的转动。该连接结构比较简单,无需增加其他部件,从而有利于降低成本。
当然,上述环状卡槽1381与环状凸筋1382的设置位置也可以相互对调,也就是环状卡槽1381设置于上管段1373上,环状凸筋1382设置于下管段1374上,这样也能够实现下管段1374相对上管段1373之间的转动。
图18所示的喷淋管137中,上管段1373的下端伸入至下管段1374中,当然,除了这种设置方式之外,也可以将下管段1374的上端伸入至上管段1373中,然后下管段1374通过转动结构138与上管段1373连接,这样也能够实现下管段1374相对上管段1373的转动。
在一些实施例中,为了便于上管段1373与下管段1374之间的拆卸,如图19所示,环状卡槽1381的一侧边缘形成有导向面1383,环状凸筋1382的截面形状呈半球状,当上管段1373和下管段1374之间需要拆卸时,将下管段1374用力向下拉,那么环状凸筋1382就可以沿导向面1383运动,以挤压环状卡槽1381的一侧槽壁,以使环状凸筋1382脱离环状卡槽1381,从而使上管段1373与下管段1374分离,以方便下管段1374的维修更换。
在一些实施例中,如图20和图21所示,图20所示为图11的D-D截面的剖视图,图21为图20中所示的密封结构15的放大图。分水板132的边缘通过密封结构15与容纳盒11连接,以阻止容纳盒11中的液体溢出。这样可以避免容纳盒11中溢出的液体与洗衣机内部的线路接触所造成的安全隐患。
在一些实施中,如图14、图15和图21所示,密封结构15包括设置于分水板132的周缘处的第一挡筋151、以及设置于容纳盒11的盒口周缘处的插槽152,第一挡筋151沿分水板132的周缘延伸,插槽152沿容纳盒11的盒口的周缘延伸,第一挡筋151配合插入至插槽152中。该密封结构15简单,无需增加其它部件,从而有利于降低成本。
当然,上述第一挡筋151和插槽152的设置位置也可以相互对调,也就是第一挡筋151设置于容纳盒11的盒口的周缘处,插槽152设置于分水板132的周缘处。这样同样可以阻止容纳盒11中的液体外溢。
在一些实施例中,为了提高分水板132与容纳盒11之间的密封效果,如图20和图21所示,密封结构15还包括设置于分水板132的周缘处的第二挡 筋153,第二挡筋153位于第一挡筋151的内侧,且与第一挡筋151相隔设置;插槽152沿宽度方向的一侧槽壁配合插入至第一挡筋151与第二挡筋153之间,也就是第一挡筋151与第二挡筋153形成的槽与插槽152互插。通过这样设置增加了液体溢出容纳盒11外的路径长度,大大降低了容纳盒11中的液体溢出容纳盒11外的概率,从而提高了分水板132与容纳盒11之间的密封效果。
在一些实施例中,如图15和图22所示,图22为图15中容纳盒11的左上角部位的放大图。插槽152设置于容纳盒11的侧壁上,容纳盒11的侧壁上还开设有沿竖直方向延伸的排液槽114,排液槽114的上端与插槽152连通,排液槽114的下端延伸至容纳盒11的底壁处。
通过设置排液槽114,这样当插槽152中进入水等液体时,插槽152中的液体就可以通过排液槽114进入至容纳盒11中,以通过容纳盒11的出液口111进入到洗衣桶3中,这样就避免了液体在插槽152中积存。
在一些实施例中,为了防止一个第二存料腔121b中的洗涤料飞溅至另一个存料腔121中以造成混合污染,如图14、图15和图16所示,分水板132上还设有第三挡筋154,第三挡筋154沿第二水平方向Y延伸,且插入至出液槽125中。这样第三挡筋154可以将两个第二存料腔121b隔离,以防止两个第二存料腔121b中的洗涤料相互飞溅至对方中,以造成不同类型的洗涤料混合污染。
其中,如图14和图16所示,第三挡筋154的数目为两个,两个第三挡筋154分别与出液槽125的两侧的槽壁相抵靠,这样可以使得第三挡筋154与出液槽125之间的连接更加紧密。
在一些实施例中,为了使分水板132牢固地盖设于容纳盒11的盒口处,如图14、图15和图16所示,盒侧壁123的顶部形成有安装缺口1231,分水板132上还设有定位部155,定位部155配合伸入至安装缺口1231中。通过将定位部155配合伸入至安装缺口1231中,这样可以对分水板132进行定位,不但可以方便第一挡筋151与插槽152之间的对位,而且还使得分水板132与容纳盒11之间的安装更加牢固。
其中,如图15所示,安装缺口1231可以设置于第一洗涤料盒12沿第二水平方向Y的一个盒侧壁123上,这样可以对分水板132在第一水平方向X进行定位。
定位部155的结构不唯一,在一些实施例中,如图16所示,定位部155包括平行且相隔设置的第一定位筋1551和第二定位筋1552,第一定位筋1551 与安装缺口1231的一端相抵靠,第二定位筋1552与安装缺口1231的另一端相抵靠。
在另一些实施例中,定位部为定位块,定位块伸入安装缺口1231中,且定位块的两端分别与安装缺口1231相抵靠。相较于将定位部设置成定位块,将定位部设置成相隔设置的第一定位筋1551和第二定位筋1552,这样不但可以减小定位部的占用空间,也可以减小定位部的重量,进而减小分水板132的重量。
在一些实施例中,为了使分水板132与容纳盒11的连接更加牢固,如图10、图14和图15所示,分水板132的边缘设有多个卡扣1321,容纳盒11的盒口边缘处设有多个卡孔127,多个卡扣1321与多个卡孔127一一对应卡接,以使分水板132更加稳定的盖设在容纳盒11的盒口处。
在一些实施例中,如图23、图24和图25所示,图23为第二投放装置2的爆炸图,图24为第一投放装置1和第二投放装置2背侧视图,图25为图5的E-E剖面视图。第二投放装置2包括设置于箱体6上的容纳壳体26、顶端设置有投料口211的第二洗涤料盒21、投放泵22、第一管路23和第二管路24;
如图23所示,容纳壳体26大致呈长方体壳体结构,且容纳壳体26的前端具有开口;第二洗涤料盒21呈长方体盒体结构。第二洗涤料盒21设置于容纳壳体26中,且可从容纳壳体26的前端的开口滑动抽出于容纳壳体26,使投料口211位于容纳壳体26外。
其中,第二洗涤料盒21可以通过滑轨与容纳壳体26连接,以使第二洗涤料盒21可滑动抽出于容纳壳体26。另外,第二洗涤料盒21也可以通过推弹锁与容纳壳体26连接,推弹锁可以在第二洗涤料盒21位于容纳壳体26中时,将第二洗涤料盒21锁止,以防止第二洗涤料盒21在外力作用下滑出容纳壳体26。
如图24和图25所示,投放泵22为柱塞泵,且包括泵腔221、以及与泵腔221连通的入口端222和出口端223,投放泵22的入口端222伸入容纳壳体26中。
第一管路23的第一端与第二洗涤料盒21连通,第一管路23的第二端被配置为与投放泵22的入口端222连通,且在第二洗涤料盒21抽出容纳壳体26时,如图23所示,第一管路23的第二端可与投放泵22的入口端222分离。
如图24所示,第二管路24的一端与投放泵22的出口端223连通,另一端与容纳盒11的盒腔连通。
如图25所示,第二洗涤料盒21靠近投放泵22的盒壁上开设有安装孔212,第一管路23设置于第二洗涤料盒21的盒腔中,且第一管路23的第二端与安装孔212连接。通过将第一管路23设置于第二洗涤料盒21的盒腔中,这样第一管路23的第二端就无需伸出第二洗涤料盒21之外,那么在第二洗涤料盒21抽出或推回容纳壳体26时,就可以大大降低第一管路23的第二端与其它部件发生运动干涉发生损坏的概率。
如图25~图28所示,图26为第二洗涤料盒21位于容纳壳体26中的侧视图,图27为第二洗涤料盒21从容纳壳体26中抽出后的俯视图,图28为图27中截面F-F的剖面视图。当第二洗涤料盒21中的洗涤料快用完时,用户将第二洗涤料盒21抽出容纳壳体26,然后从投料口211处添加洗涤料,以保证第二洗涤料盒21中的洗涤料可以持续供应,此时,如图28所示,第一管路23的第二端与投放泵22的入口端222分离。洗涤料添加完毕后,可以将第二洗涤料盒21推回容纳壳体26中,此时,如图25所示,第一管路23的第二端与投放泵22的入口端222相连通。
上述投放泵22除了可以为柱塞泵之外,也可以为其它类型的泵,比如叶片泵等,具体可根据实际情况而定。
在一些实施例中,如图25所示,第二投放装置2还包括阀门27,阀门27被配置为打开或关闭第一管路23。如图28所示,当第二洗涤料盒21被抽出容纳壳体26时,阀门27可以关闭,这样就可以避免第二洗涤料盒21中的洗涤料沿第一管路23溢出至第二洗涤料盒21之外。
阀门27的类型不唯一,在一些实施例中,阀门27可以为电磁阀,通过控制器控制阀门27打开或关闭。
在另一些实施例中,阀门27可以为机械式单向阀,具体如图28、图29和图30所示,图29为图25中阀门27的局部放大图,图30为阀门27的立体结构图。阀门27包括阀体271、阀芯275以及弹性件276;
阀体271包括阀腔272、与阀腔272连通的阀入口273以及阀出口274,阀体271配合设置于第一管路23中,阀出口274位于第一管路23的第二端处(图28中第一管路23的上端);阀芯275设置于阀腔272中,且位于阀出口274处,以将阀出口274关闭。
具体地,如图29所示,沿第一管路23的径向,阀腔272的尺寸大于阀出口274的尺寸,阀芯275在弹性件276的作用下伸入阀出口274中,通过与阀出口274配合,以将阀出口274关闭。
弹性件276被配置为向阀芯275施加可驱动阀芯275向阀出口274的方 向移动的复位力。上述弹性件276可以是弹簧,如图29所示,弹簧的一端与端盖2712相连接,另一端与阀芯275相连接。当然,除了弹簧之外,弹性件276也可以是弹片等。
投放泵22还包括设置于入口端222的抵接柱225,投放泵22被配置为:当第二洗涤料盒21位于容纳壳体26中时,抵接柱225可由第一管路23的第二端插入阀入口273中,且推动阀芯275向靠近阀入口273的方向移动,使阀芯275打开阀出口274,以使第一管路23与入口端222连通。
如图28所示,第二洗涤料盒21被抽出容纳壳体26时,阀芯275位于阀出口274处,以将阀出口274关闭,此时第二洗涤料盒21中的洗涤料就无法通过阀门27溢出第二洗涤料盒21之外;如图25所示,第二洗涤料盒21被推回容纳壳体26时,抵接柱225推动阀芯275向靠近阀入口273的方向(也就是向右侧)移动,使阀芯275打开阀出口274,此时投放泵22就可以通过第一管路23将第二洗涤料盒21中的洗涤料抽出。
在一些实施例中,为了对阀门27的阀腔272内的部件进行维修更换,如图30所示,阀体271包括套筒2711、以及可拆卸设置于套筒2711的第一端筒口(图中的下端筒口)处的端盖2712,阀芯275设置于套筒2711中,套筒2711的第二端筒口(图中的上端筒口)为阀出口274,阀入口273设置于端盖2712上。由于端盖2712与套筒2711是可拆卸连接,这样当阀芯275或者弹性件276发生损坏时,可以将端盖2712与套筒2711拆开,以方便对阀芯275、弹性件276维修更换。
在一些实施例中,为了使阀门27更加牢固地设置于第一管路23中,如图29和图30所示,阀门27还包括设置于端盖2712上的卡爪277,第一管路23的内壁上设有卡接部235,卡爪277与卡接部235相卡接,这样可以防止阀门27沿第一管路23移动,从而使阀门27更加牢固地固定与第一管路23中。
在一些实施例中,为了提高阀体271的外壁与第一管路23的内壁之间的密封性,如图29和图30所示,阀门27还包括密封圈278,阀体271的外壁上开设有安装环槽2713,密封圈278设置于安装环槽2713中,以将阀体271与第一管路23的内壁之间密封。通过在阀体271的外壁与第一管路23之间设置密封圈278,这样可以更好地将阀门27与第一管路23之间密封,以防止阀体271与第一管路23之间漏液。
在一些实施例中,为了便于对第一管路23的内部进行清理,如图29和图31所示,图31为第一管路23的结构示意图。第一管路23的第二端(图 31中的上端)处设有连接法兰236,第一管路23的第二端插入安装孔212,连接法兰236位于第二洗涤料盒21外,且与第二洗涤料盒21的盒壁可拆卸连接,比如连接法兰236通过螺钉与第二洗涤料盒21的盒壁连接。
通过将第一管路23与第二洗涤料盒21可拆卸连接,这样当第一管路23内需要清理时,就可以将第一管路23与第二洗涤料盒21拆离,以方便用户对第一管路23进行清理。
在一些实施例中,为了使连接法兰236与第二洗涤料盒21之间连接得更加牢固,如图29所示,第二洗涤料盒21靠近投放泵22的盒壁上开设有安装槽213,安装孔212开设于安装槽213的槽底(也即是与安装槽213的槽口相对的槽壁)上,连接法兰236位于安装槽213中。通过将连接法兰236设置于安装槽213中,这样安装槽213可以对连接法兰236起到一定的限位作用,能够限制连接法兰236在安装孔212径向上移动,从而使得连接法兰236与第二洗涤料盒21之间连接得更加牢固。
在一些实施例中,为了提高第一管路23与第二洗涤料盒21的盒壁之间的密封性,如图29所示,第二投放装置2还包括管密封件28,管密封件28包括密封套281以及设置于密封套281的一端且沿密封套281径向延伸的密封凸缘282。
密封套281设置于第一管路23和安装孔212的孔壁之间,密封凸缘282位于安装孔212之外,且位于连接法兰236和第二洗涤料盒21的盒壁之间。
通过设置管密封件28,这样可以更好地将第一管路23的外壁与安装孔212之间、以及第二洗涤料盒21的盒壁与连接法兰236之间密封,以放置第二洗涤料盒21中的洗涤料从第一管路23的外壁与安装孔212的间隙、第二洗涤料盒21的盒壁与连接法兰236之间间隙漏出。
在一些实施例中,如图28和图32所示,图32为第二洗涤料盒21与第一管路23拆离后的示意图。第一管路23包括呈水平设置水平管段231、以及相对水平面呈倾斜设置的倾斜管段232;水平管段231的一端与安装孔212连接,另一端与倾斜管段232连接,倾斜管段232远离水平管段231的一端朝向第二洗涤料盒21的盒底延伸。
由于第一管路23的倾斜管段232的一端朝向第二洗涤料盒21的盒底延伸,这样可以减小倾斜管段232的管口与第二洗涤料盒21的盒底之间的距离,从而使第二洗涤料盒21内的洗涤料可以充分地被第一管路23抽取,提高了第二洗涤料盒21内的洗涤料的利用效率,避免需要频繁地添加液体洗涤料。
其中,如图29所示,与上述卡爪277相卡接的卡接部235,可以位于水 平管段231与倾斜管段232相接的位置处。
在一些实施例中,为了便于对投放泵22的泵腔221以及第二管路24进行清洗,如图24和图33所示,图33为图11的G-G剖面视图。投放泵22还包括与泵腔221连通的连通口224,连通口224以及投放泵22的出口端223的位置均低于分水组件13;第二投放装置2还包括第三管路25,第三管路25的第一端与一个分水腔131相连通,第三管路25的第二端与连通口224相连通。由于连通口224以及投放泵22的出口端223的位置均低于分水组件13,这样分水腔131中的水相对连通口224以及出口端223的位置具有重力势能,那么分水腔131中的水就可以在重力的作用下沿第三管路25由连通口224进入到投放泵22的泵腔221中,然后由投放泵22的出口端223进入到第二管路24中,以对投放泵22的泵腔221和第二管路24进行清洗,以避免洗涤料残留至泵腔221以及第二管路24中。
在一些实施例中,为了便于第三管路25与分水腔131相连通,如图14和图33所示,分水组件13还包括位于分水板132下方且沿竖直方向延伸的连接管139,连接管139的上端与一个分水腔131连通,下端穿出容纳盒11,且伸入第三管路25的第一端的管口中。通过这样设置,这样当第三管路25发生损坏时,可以方便将第三管路25与分水组件13拆离,从而方便第三管路25的维修更换。
其中,如图10和图33所示,容纳盒11内设有导管126,导管126沿竖直方向延伸,且下端与容纳盒11外相连通,连接管139的下端通过穿过导管126伸出至容纳盒11之外。
在一些实施例中,为了便于用户将第二洗涤料盒21从容纳壳体26中抽出,如图26所示,第二洗涤料盒21的前侧壁214位于容纳壳体26外,且前侧壁214的顶端凸出于容纳壳体26的顶面设置,这样,用户可以通过向第二洗涤料盒21的前侧壁214的顶端施加作用力,以方便将第二洗涤料盒21从容纳壳体26的内部抽出。
当然,如图26所示,第二洗涤料盒21的前侧壁214的底端也可以凸出于容纳壳体26的底面设置,用户通过对第二洗涤料盒21的前侧壁214的底端施加作用力,同样也可以将第二洗涤料盒21从容纳壳体26的内部抽出。
需要说明的是,为了便于描述,将第二洗涤料盒21抽出容纳壳体26时第二洗涤料盒21的运动方向设为前,将第二洗涤料盒21推入容纳壳体26时第二洗涤料盒21的运动方向设为后。所述“前”、“后”等为方向性词句,不是指示或暗示所指的装置必须具有特定的方位。
为了方便用户判断第二洗涤料盒21中的洗涤料的容量,如图23所示,第二洗涤料盒21的前侧壁214包括透明区域2141,透明区域2141内设有容量刻度线2142,用户可以通过洗涤料的液位与容量刻度线2142之间的关系对投放的洗涤料的容量进行判断,以控制向第二洗涤料盒21中添加洗涤料的添加量;另外,用户也可以通过容量刻度线2142来判断第二洗涤料盒21中洗涤料的剩余情况,如果洗涤料过少,可以及时添加洗涤料。
在一些实施例中,如图23所示,容纳壳体26的底部开设有凹陷槽261,凹陷槽261的走向大致为U形,但也不限于U形,其它形状也可以。凹陷槽261用于容纳残余的洗涤料,以避免残余的洗涤料在容纳壳体26中到处流动。该残余的洗涤料是除第二洗涤料盒21外的洗涤料,例如,在第二洗涤料盒21推入或抽出过程中溅出的洗涤料,或者是第二洗涤料盒21本身溢出的洗涤料。
在一些实施例中,为了方便对第二洗涤料盒21的内部进行清理,如图22和图28所示,第二洗涤料盒21包括顶端具有盒口的盒本体215、以及可拆卸盖设于盒本体215的盒口处的顶盖216,投料口211开设于顶盖216上。通过将第二洗涤料盒21设置成可拆卸的盒本体215以及顶盖216,一方面,方便用户自行拆装进行清洗,用户可以将顶盖216从盒本体215上拆卸下来进行冲洗或更换盒本体215中残留溶液,满足了用户清洗更换需求,提高了用户的体验,另一方面,由于顶盖216可以拆卸,因此,用户可以通过拆卸顶盖216一次性向盒本体215中投放足量的洗涤产品,满足用户大容量的洗涤产品投放需求。
其中,投料口211可以是圆形、长条形或多边形等,在此不做具体限定。
在一些实施例中,为了防止洗涤料从顶盖216与盒本体215之间溢出,如图28所示,盒本体215和顶盖216之间设有密封构件217。其中,密封构件217可以为密封圈、密封垫、密封条中的一个或者多个组合。通过设置密封构件217,从而实现了盒本体215和顶盖216之间的密封,使得添加到盒本体215中的洗涤料不会溢出来。
在一些实施例中,如图28和图34所示,图34为第二洗涤料盒21的立体结构图。第二洗涤料盒21还包括盖设于投料口211处的翻盖218,翻盖218的一端自由设置,另一端与投料口211的边缘铰接,使翻盖218可打开投料口211。当需要向盒本体215内投放洗涤料时,翻开翻盖218,从投料口211处投放洗涤料,待添加完洗涤料后,盖上翻盖218,将投料口211关闭,避免了在第二洗涤料盒21推入容纳壳体26内的过程中洗涤料从投料口211溅出造成浪费。
在一些实施例中,为了方便用户打开翻盖218,如图27所示,顶盖216上还开设有避让槽2161,避让槽2161设置于翻盖218的自由端处,且避让槽2161有一部分位于翻盖218的自由端的下方。这样用户的手可以通过避让槽2161伸入到翻盖218的自由端的下方,以方便打开翻盖218。
在一些实施例中,为了保证洗涤料平稳的输入盒本体215内,如图28所示,第二洗涤料盒21还包括导流件219,导流件219设置于投料口211处,且被配置为将洗涤料导流至盒本体215中。在投料口211设置导流件219,可以使得洗涤料顺着导流件219流入盒本体215中,避免了投放时由于投放速度过快等原因造成洗涤料溅出。
导流件219的结构不唯一,在一些实施例中,如图28所示,导流件219为导流板,导流板的一侧边缘与投料口211的边缘相连接,且导流板向盒本体215中延伸。在另一些实施例中,导流件219为导流管,导流管的一端与投料口211的边缘相连接,另一端伸入至盒本体215中。相较于导流管,导流板为开放式结构,更加便于将投料口211处的洗涤料导流至盒本体215中。
在一些实施例中,如图23所示,第二洗涤料盒21的数目为多个,多个第二洗涤料盒21并排设置于容纳壳体26中,并且可分别滑动抽出于容纳壳体26。投放泵22包括多个入口端222,每个入口端222可通过第一管路23与对应的第二洗涤料盒21相连通。通过设置多个第二洗涤料盒21,这样不同的第二洗涤料盒21可以放置不同类型的洗涤料,例如一个存放进柔软剂,另外一个存放洗涤剂,从而可以对衣物进行很好的清洗。

- 一种洗衣机,包括:箱体;洗衣桶,所述洗衣桶设置于所述箱体内;第一投放装置,所述第一投放装置包括:第一洗涤料盒,所述第一洗涤料盒包括多个存料腔,每个所述存料腔均包括料腔入口、以及与所述洗衣桶连通的料腔出口;分水组件,所述分水组件包括多个分水腔,每个所述分水腔均包括水腔入口以及水腔出口,且每个所述分水腔的所述水腔出口与至少一个所述料腔入口相连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其中,所述分水组件位于所述第一洗涤料盒的上方,每个所述分水腔的所述水腔出口均位于所述分水腔的底部,且与至少一个所述料腔入口相对设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其中,所述分水组件包括分水板和盖板,所述分水板上设有多个分水槽,所述盖板可拆卸地盖设于所述分水板上,以使所述盖板与所述分水槽形成所述分水腔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机,其中,对于每个所述分水槽,所述分水槽的槽底与至少一个所述料腔入口相对设置,且所述分水槽的槽底与所述料腔入口相对的区域内开设有多个所述水腔出口。
- 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其中,至少一个所述分水槽中,多个所述水腔出口沿所在的所述分水槽中的水流方向相隔排布,并且多个所述水腔出口的面积逐渐增大。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的洗衣机,其中,至少有一个所述分水槽包括呈迂回设置的子槽段,所述子槽段的槽底与至少一个所述料腔入口相对设置,沿所述子槽段的延伸方向,所述子槽段的槽底开设有多个相隔排布的所述水腔出口。
- 根据权利要求3~6中任一项所述的洗衣机,其中,所述分水组件还包括设置于所述分水板的一侧表面上的多个分隔筋,多个所述分隔筋与所述分水板形成多个所述分水槽。
- 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机,其中,每个所述分水槽的槽底均设有至少一个凸起,每个所述凸起上均开设有通孔,所述通孔的一端与所述分水板的下侧连通,另一端与所述分水板的上 侧连通。
- 根据权利要求8所述的洗衣机,其中,所述通孔开设于所述凸起远离所述分水板的一端。
- 根据权利要求3~9中任一项所述的洗衣机,其中,第一投放装置还包括顶端具有盒口的容纳盒,所述容纳盒设置于所述箱体上,所述容纳盒的底部开设有与所述容纳盒的盒腔连通的出液口,所述出液口与所述洗衣桶连通;所述第一洗涤料盒设置于所述容纳盒的盒腔中,且每个所述料腔入口均与所述容纳盒的盒口相对设置,每个所述料腔出口均与所述出液口连通,所述分水板盖设于所述容纳盒的盒口处。
- 根据权利要求10所述的洗衣机,其中,所述分水板的边缘通过密封结构与所述容纳盒连接,以阻止所述容纳盒中的液体溢出。
- 根据权利要求11所述的洗衣机,其中,所述密封结构包括:设置于所述分水板的周缘处的第一挡筋,所述第一挡筋沿所述分水板的周缘延伸;设置于所述容纳盒的盒口周缘处的插槽,所述插槽沿所述容纳盒的盒口的周缘延伸;所述第一挡筋配合插入至所述插槽中。
- 根据权利要求12所述的洗衣机,其中,所述密封结构还包括设置于所述分水板的周缘处的第二挡筋,所述第二挡筋位于所述第一挡筋的内侧,且与所述第一挡筋相隔设置;所述插槽沿宽度方向的一侧槽壁配合插入至所述第一挡筋与所述第二挡筋之间。
- 根据权利要求10~13中任一项所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第一洗涤料盒包括盒底壁、位于所述盒底壁的周缘处的盒侧壁、以及设置于所述盒底壁上的分隔壁,所述盒底壁与所述盒侧壁围成所述第一洗涤料盒的盒腔,所述分隔壁将所述盒腔分隔成多个所述存料腔。
- 根据权利要求14所述的洗衣机,其中,多个所述存料腔分别为第一存料腔以及两个沿第一水平方向相隔设置的第二存料腔,沿第二水平方向,两个所述第二存料腔位于所述第一存料腔的 同一侧,所述第二水平方向与所述第一水平方向相垂直;两个所述第二存料腔之间形成有出液槽,所述出液槽的一端与所述第一存料腔连通,另一端与所述容纳盒的盒腔连通;所述出液槽为所述第一存料腔的所述料腔出口。
- 根据权利要求15所述的洗衣机,其中,所述分水板上还设有第三挡筋,所述第三挡筋沿所述第二水平方向延伸,且插入至所述出液槽中。
- 根据权利要求14~16中任一项所述的洗衣机,其中,所述盒侧壁的顶部形成有安装缺口,所述分水板上还设有定位部,所述定位部配合伸入至所述安装缺口中。
- 根据权利要求17所述的洗衣机,其中,所述定位部包括平行且相隔设置的第一定位筋和第二定位筋,所述第一定位筋与所述安装缺口的一端相抵靠,所述第二定位筋与所述安装缺口的另一端相抵靠。
- 根据权利要求15~18中任一项所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第一投放装置包括还包括虹吸部件,所述虹吸部件包括:设置于所述第二存料腔中的立管,所述立管的下端与位于所述第二存料腔底部的所述料腔出口相连通;套设于所述立管上的虹吸帽,且所述虹吸帽与所述第二存料腔的底壁、所述立管的上端以及所述立管的侧壁之间均具有可供液体通过的间隙。
- 根据权利要求3~19中任一项所述的洗衣机,其中,所述分水槽的槽底设有所述水腔出口;所述分水组件还包括位于所述分水板下方的喷淋管,所述喷淋管的上端管口与所述水腔出口连接,下端管口朝向所述料腔入口设置。
- 根据权利要求20所述的洗衣机,其中,所述喷淋管沿竖直方向延伸;所述喷淋管的内壁包括呈筒状的管内壁、以及连接于所述管内壁与所述喷淋管的下端面之间的导流壁,所述导流壁被配置为改变所述喷淋管所喷出水流的方向,以使所述水流的方向与所述管内壁之间呈钝角。
- 根据权利要求21所述的洗衣机,其中,所述导流壁呈曲面状;和/或,所述管内壁呈锥形筒状,且所述管内壁的小口端与所述导流壁相连接。
- 根据权利要求21或22所述的洗衣机,其中,所述喷淋管的下端面相对水平面倾斜设置,在通过所述喷淋管的中心轴线的竖直截面内,所述下端面的第一端的位置低于所述下端面的第二端;所述导流壁位于靠近所述下端面的第一端的位置处。
- 根据权利要求21~23中任一项所述的洗衣机,其中,所述喷淋管包括上管段、以及位于所述上管段下方的下管段;所述上管段的上端与所述水腔出口连接,所述导流壁位于所述下管段的下端管口处;所述上管段的下端伸入至所述下管段中,且通过转动结构与所述下管段连接,以使所述下管段可相对所述上管段转动;或者,所述下管段的上端伸入至所述上管段中,且通过转动结构与所述下管段连接,以使所述下管段可相对所述上管段转动。
- 根据权利要求24所述的洗衣机,其中,所述转动结构包括:设置于所述上管段、所述下管段中的一个上的环状卡槽;设置于所述上管段、所述下管段中的另一个上的环状凸筋;所述环状凸筋与所述环状卡槽相配合。
- 根据权利要求1~25任一项所述的洗衣机,其中,所述洗衣机还包括第一送水装置和第二送水装置;所述第一送水装置包括送水泵和第一送水管;所述送水泵的入口与可再利用水源连通,所述送水泵的出口通过所述第一送水管与至少一个所述分水腔的所述水腔入口连通。所述第二送水装置包括第二送水管,所述第二送水管的一端与所述洗衣机的进水阀连通,另一端与至少一个所述分水腔的所述水腔入口连通。
- 根据权利要求26所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第一送水装置还包括泵引水管,所述泵引水管的一端与连通所述第二送水管的一个所述分水腔相连通,另一端与所述送水泵的泵腔连通。
- 根据权利要求10~27中任一项所述的洗衣机,其中,所述洗衣机还包括第二投放装置,所述第二投放装置包括:设置于所述箱体上的容纳壳体;顶端设置有投料口的第二洗涤料盒,所述第二洗涤料盒设置于所述容纳壳体中,且可滑动抽出于所述容纳壳体,使所述投料口位于所述容纳壳体外;投放泵,所述投放泵包括泵腔、以及与所述泵腔连通的入口端和出口端,所述投放泵的所述入口端伸入所述容纳壳体中;第一管路,所述第一管路的第一端与所述第二洗涤料盒连通,第二端被配置为与所述入口端连通,且在所述第二洗涤料盒抽出于所述容纳壳体时,所述第一管路的第二端可与所述入口端相分离;第二管路,所述第二管路的一端与所述出口端连通,另一端与所述容纳盒的盒腔连通。
- 根据权利要求28所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第二投放装置还包括阀门,所述阀门被配置为打开或关闭所述第一管路。
- 根据权利要求29所述的洗衣机,其中,所述阀门包括阀体、阀芯以及弹性件;所述阀体包括阀腔、与所述阀腔连通的阀入口以及阀出口,所述阀体配合设置于所述第一管路中,所述阀出口位于所述第一管路的第二端处;所述阀芯设置于所述阀腔中,且位于所述阀出口处,以将所述阀出口关闭;所述弹性件被配置为向所述阀芯施加可驱动所述阀芯向所述阀出口的方向移动的复位力;所述投放泵还包括设置于所述入口端的抵接柱;所述投放泵被配置为:当所述第二洗涤料盒位于所述容纳壳体中时,所述抵接柱可由所述第一管路的第二端插入所述阀入口中,且推动所述阀芯向靠近所述阀入口的方向移动,使所述阀芯打开所述阀出口,以使第一管路与所述入口端连通。
- 根据权利要求30所述的洗衣机,其中,所述阀体包括套筒、以及可拆卸设置于所述套筒的第一端筒口处的端盖,所述阀芯设置于所述套筒中,所述套筒的第二端筒口为所述阀出口,所述阀入口设置于所述端盖上。
- 根据权利要求30或31所述的洗衣机,其中,所述阀门还包括密封圈,所述阀体的外壁上开设有安装环槽,所述密封圈设置于所述安装环槽中,以将所述阀体与所述第一管路的内壁之间密封。

- 根据权利要求35所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第二投放装置还包括管密封件,所述管密封件包括密封套以及设置于所述密封套的一端且沿所述密封套径向延伸的密封凸缘;所述密封套设置于所述第一管路和所述安装孔的孔壁之间,所述密封凸缘位于所述安装孔之外,且位于所述连接法兰和所述第二洗涤料盒的盒壁之间。
- 根据权利要求35或36所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第二洗涤料盒靠近所述投放泵的盒壁上开设有安装槽,所述安装孔开设于所述安装槽的槽壁上,所述连接法兰位于所述安装槽中。
- 根据权利要求28~37中任一项所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第二洗涤料盒包括顶端具有盒口的盒本体、以及可拆卸盖设于所述盒本体的盒口处的顶盖,所述投料口开设于所述顶盖上。
- 根据权利要求38所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第二洗涤料盒还包括盖设于所述投料口处的翻盖,所述翻盖的一端自由设置,另一端与所述投料口的边缘铰接,使所述翻盖可打开所述投料口。
- 根据权利要求39所述的洗衣机,其中,所述顶盖上还开设有避让槽,所述避让槽设置于所述翻盖的自由端处,且所述避让槽有一部分位于所述翻盖的自由端的下方。
- 根据权利要求39或40所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第二洗涤料盒还包括导流件,所述导流件设置于所述投料口处,且被配置为将洗涤料导流至所述盒本体中。
- 根据权利要求41所述的洗衣机,其中,所述导流件为导流板,所述导流板的一侧边缘与所述投料口的边缘相连接,且所述导流板向所述盒本体中延伸。
- 根据权利要求28~42中任一项所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第二洗涤料盒的前侧壁位于所述容纳壳体外,且所述前侧壁的顶端凸出于所述容纳壳体的顶面设置,或者所述前侧壁的底端凸出于所述容纳壳体的底面设置。
- 根据权利要求28~43中任一项所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第二洗涤料盒的前侧壁包括透明区域,所述透明区域内设有容量刻度线。
- 根据权利要求28~44中任一项所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第二洗涤料盒的数目为多个,多个所述第二洗涤料盒并排设置于所述容纳壳体中,并且可分别滑动抽出于所述容纳壳体。
- 根据权利要求28~45中任一项所述的洗衣机,其中,所述投放泵还包括与所述泵腔连通的连通口;所述第二投放装置还包括第三管路,所述第三管路的第一端与一个所述分水腔相连通,第二端与所述连通口相连通。
- 根据权利要求46所述的洗衣机,其中,所述分水组件还包括位于所述分水板下方且沿竖直方向延伸的连接管,所述连接管的上端与一个所述分水腔连通,下端从所述容纳盒中穿出,且伸入至所述第三管路的第一端的管口中。
