本发明涉及编织袋机械技术领域,具体为一种圆织机收料装置。
背景技术
塑料编织袋按主要材料构成为聚丙烯袋、聚乙烯袋,按缝制方法分为缝底袋、缝边底袋,目前广泛应用于肥料、化工产品等物品的一种包装材料,其主要生产工艺是利用塑料原料经挤出薄膜、切割、单向拉伸为扁丝,经过经纬编织得到产品,一般称为编织袋,圆织机是用于编织筒布的机器;目前在塑料编织袋生产领域中,圆织机是必不可少的编制机器,而现有的圆织机收料装置,在缠绕编织布后,需要人工将编织布搬卸下来,费时费力,影响编织袋的生产效率。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种圆织机收料装置,具备自动卸货的优点,解决了上述背景技术中提到的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述自动卸货的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种圆织机收料装置,包括底座,所述底座的顶部与机箱的底部固定连接,所述机箱的右侧开设有散热孔,所述机箱的顶部与控制器的底部固定连接,所述机箱内壁的底部与电机的底部固定连接,所述电机的输出轴与转动杆的一端固定连接,所述转动杆的另一端穿过机箱的左侧延伸至外侧并与气胀杆的一端固定连接,所述气胀杆的表面固定连接有滚轮,所述气胀杆的另一端与气嘴的一侧固定连接,所述机箱的左侧固定连接有第一滑轨,且第一滑轨位于转动杆的下方,所述第一滑轨与第一滑块滑动连接,所述第一滑块远离机箱的一侧与第一电动推杆的一端固定连接,所述第一电动推杆的另一端与支撑板的一侧 固定连接,所述支撑板的底部与第二电动推杆的顶部固定连接,所述第二电动推杆的底部与第二滑块的顶部固定连接,所述第二滑块与第二滑轨滑动连接,所述第二滑轨固定连接在底座的顶部,且第二滑轨位于机箱的左方。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种圆织机收料装置,具备以下有益效果:
1、该圆织机收料装置,通过第二滑块顶部固定连接的第二电动推杆和第二电动推杆顶部固定连接的支撑板,配合支撑板一侧固定连接的第一电动推杆,第二电动推杆推动支撑板上移,托起编织袋筒,第一电动推杆将编织袋筒推出装置,达到了便于卸料的效果。
2、该圆织机收料装置,通过转动杆一端固定连接的气胀杆和气胀杆表面固定连接的滚轮,配合气胀杆一侧固定连接的气嘴,利用气嘴将气胀杆内的高压气体放出,气胀杆收缩,滚轮降低了编织袋筒与气胀杆的摩擦力,达到便于卸料的效果。

请参阅图1-3,一种圆织机收料装置,包括底座1,底座1的顶部与机箱2的底部固定连接,机箱2的右侧开设有散热孔3,机箱2的顶部与控制器4的底部固定连接,机箱2内壁的底部与电机5的底部固定连接,电机5的输出轴与转动杆6的一端固定连接,转动杆6的另一端穿过机箱2的左侧延伸至外侧并与气胀杆7的一端固定连接,气胀杆7的表面固定连接有滚轮8,气胀杆7的表面等距离设置有滚轮8,气胀杆7的另一端与气嘴9的一侧固定连接,通过转动杆6一端固定连接的气胀杆7和气胀杆7表面固定连接的滚轮8,配合气胀杆7一侧固定连接的气嘴9,利用气嘴9将气胀杆7内的高压气体放出,气胀杆7收缩,滚轮8降低了编织袋筒与气胀杆7的摩擦力,达到便于卸料的效果,机箱2的左侧固定连接有第一滑轨10,且第一滑轨10位于转动杆6的下方,第一滑轨10与转动杆6位于同一直线上,第一滑轨10与第一滑块11滑动连接,第一滑块11远离机箱2的一侧与第一电动推杆12的一端固定连接,第一电动推杆12的另一端与支撑板13的一侧固定连接,支撑板13的形状为弧形,且支撑板13为一种碳钢板,碳钢制成的支撑板13具有非常好的硬度,弧形的支撑板13能够向编织袋筒提供良好的支撑力,方便托起编织袋筒,支撑板13的底部与第二电动推杆14的顶部固定连接,第一电动推杆12与第二电动推杆14均与控制器4电连接,且控制器4与电机5电连 接,第二电动推杆14的数量为四个,且四个第二电动推杆14对称分布,四个对称分布的第二电动推杆14可以为支撑板13提供良好的支撑力,第二电动推杆14的底部与第二滑块15的顶部固定连接,第二滑块15与第二滑轨16滑动连接,第二滑轨16固定连接在底座1的顶部,且第二滑轨16位于机箱2的左方,第二滑轨16的数量为两个,且两个第二滑轨16对称分布,通过第二滑块15顶部固定连接的第二电动推杆14和第二电动推杆14顶部固定连接的支撑板13,配合支撑板13一侧固定连接的第一电动推杆12,需要下料时,操作人员使用控制器4控制第二电动推杆14伸长,推动了支撑板13向上移动,支撑板13将编制袋筒托起,再利用控制器4控制第一电动推杆12伸长,推动支撑板13横向移动,将编织袋筒移出气胀杆7,卸完料后,利用控制器4控制第二电动推杆14和第一电动推杆12收缩,支撑板13恢复到原来位置,方便下一次使用,第二电动推杆14推动支撑板13上移,托起编织袋筒,第一电动推杆12将编织袋筒推出装置,达到了便于卸料的效果,该收料装置具有自动卸料的功能,结构简单、操作方便、省时省力,避免了人工卸料的危险性,提高了编织袋生产的效率,解决了圆织机收料装置不具备自动卸料功能的问题。
该文中出现的电器元件均与外界的主控器及220V市电电连接,并且主控器可为计算机等起到控制的常规已知设备。
在使用时,利用转动杆6一端固定连接的气胀杆7和气胀杆7表面固定连接的滚轮8,配合气胀杆7一侧固定连接的气嘴9,下料时,先使用气嘴9将气胀杆7内的高压气体放出,便于将编织袋筒退出,再利用第二滑块15顶部固定连接的第二电动推杆14和第二电动推杆14顶部固定连接的支撑板13,配合支撑板13一侧固定连接的第一电动推杆12,支撑板13上移托起编织袋筒,第一电动推杆12将支撑板13推出,将编织袋筒卸下。
综上所述,该圆织机收料装置,通过转动杆6一端固定连接的气胀杆7 和气胀杆7表面固定连接的滚轮8,配合气胀杆7一侧固定连接的气嘴9,利用气嘴9将气胀杆7内的高压气体放出,气胀杆7收缩,滚轮8降低了编织袋筒与气胀杆7的摩擦力,达到便于卸料的效果,通过第二滑块15顶部固定连接的第二电动推杆14和第二电动推杆14顶部固定连接的支撑板13,配合支撑板13一侧固定连接的第一电动推杆12,第二电动推杆14推动支撑板13上移,托起编织袋筒,第一电动推杆12将编织袋筒推出装置,达到了便于卸料的效果。
