1、本发明所述的门体结构将门体与镜子功能合为一体,使得衣物处理设备的门体结构处于打开状态时,方便用户观察内桶壁和内桶底部情况,避免造成衣物遗漏;同时在衣物处理设备的工作过程中,门体结构可转换为可视化状态,使用户能够观察壁挂衣物处理设备内部的工作情况。
2、本发明所述的门体结构用于镜面效果的材料具有韧性强的特点,在衣物处理设备工作时不易破损,保证用户的使用效果。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。

本发明提供一种衣物处理设备,通过将门体结构1与镜子功能合为一体,使得衣物处理设备5的门体结构1处于打开状态时,方便用户观察内桶壁和内桶底部情况,避免造成衣物遗漏;同时在衣物处理设备5的工作过程中,门体结构1可转换为可视化状态,使用户能够观察壁挂衣物处理设备5内部的工作情况,具体如下。
如图1所示,随着更多功能的加入及行业技术的受限,衣物处理设备5的整体体积在不断增大,其高度也在不断增加,虽然在功能上该趋势是可以被接纳的,但是也会产生一些弊端,例如,对于一些如身材矮小人士或坐轮椅的残疾人士,无法直观的看到内桶底部,造成一些衣物忘记拿出来晾晒的情况,或者当衣物处理设备5高速脱水时,部分轻薄的衣物会紧贴在内桶壁上,用户在取衣物时造成遗漏,特别是针对取衣口较高机型的洗涤单元,对用户的生活造成极大的不便。
如图2至图6所示为本发明提供的一种衣物处理设备,从图中可以看出,衣物处理设备5包括箱体、桶组件和门体结构,桶组件包括内桶,内桶的内部形成容纳物品的容纳空间;门体结构1与箱体为转动连接,通常是通过门铰链3进行连接,门体结构1具有闭合开口的闭合位置和打开开口的打开位置,当衣物处理设备5工作时,门体结构1处于闭合位置,防止液体飞溅出内桶,当衣物处理设备5结束工作时,衣物处理设备5自动打开门体结构1或者通过用户手动打开,门体结构1处于打开位置,用户将洗净的衣物取出进行晾晒;因此,门体结构1具有可相互转换的第一状态和第二状态;在第一状态下,门体结构1的内侧面形成镜面效果,当门体结构1处于打开位置时,表现为第一状态,镜面4将内桶底部入射至镜面4的光线反射至箱体外侧,用户可从镜面4观察到遗漏的衣物影像A,避免在内桶中有遗漏的衣物B;在第二状态下,当门体结构1处于闭合位置时,门体结构1可转换为可视化状态,通过门体结构外侧2能够用户可以观察内桶的工作情况。
本发明主要是从市场上实际用户需求入手,一些如身材矮小人士或坐轮椅的残疾人士在使用衣物处理设备5时,可通过门体结构1具有镜面效果的内侧面将衣物处理设备5内桶内的情况反射至衣物处理设备5外部,以供身材矮小人士或坐轮椅的残疾人士观察;或者对于小孩衣物和一些轻薄的衣物(例如袜子),特别是使用取衣口较高机型的衣物处理设备5时,衣物处理设备5高速脱水时巨大的离心力使得衣物紧贴在内桶壁上,通过具有镜面效果的内 侧面,用户可轻易的观察到内桶的大部分空间,取衣物时避免遗漏,极大的方便了用户的生活,同时门体结构1内侧面的镜面效果在特定因素驱动下还可转换为可视化的状态,方便用户在衣物处理设备5工作时观察内桶的情况。
实施例一
如图2至图4所示为本实施例提供的一种衣物处理设备,内桶的内部形成容纳物品的容纳空间;门体结构1与箱体连接并具有闭合开口的闭合位置和打开开口的打开位置;门体结构1与开口相对的内侧面具有第一状态和第二状态;在第一状态下,门体结构1的内侧面形成镜面效果,当门体结构1处于打开位置时,镜面4将内桶底部入射至镜面4的光线反射至箱体外侧,用户可从镜面4观察到遗漏的衣物影像A,避免在内桶中有遗漏的衣物B;在第二状态下,当门体结构1处于闭合位置时,通过门体结构1能够观察内桶情况。具体的说,门体结构1与衣物处理设备5外筒通过门铰链3进行连接,且在门体结构1和外筒之间设有自锁机构,使门体结构1处于打开位置时,门体结构1与水平面的夹角在一定范围内进行调整,当门体结构1以一定角度处于打开位置时,用户可通过镜面4观察内桶的衣物情况;同时当衣物处理设备5工作时,门体结构1内侧面的镜面效果在特定因素驱动下还可转换为可视化的状态,方便用户在衣物处理设备5工作时在门体结构外侧2观察内桶的情况。
实施例二
如图2至图4所示为本实施例提供的一种衣物处理设备,门体结构1具有透视窗,透视窗的一侧设置有,能够使门体结构1在第一状态和第二状态间转换的材料涂层6;优选地,材料涂层6在增加温度、增加电压或光照的情况下,能够使门体结构1在第一状态和第二状态间转换。
具体的,在门体结构1的内侧面的表面上电镀上一薄层金属或合金,使其具有镜面效果,可反射光线,电镀层为温感材料或者光感材料制成,当衣物处理设备5开始工作时,内部温度开始升高,或者通过对门体结构1进行增温或者增压,使得电镀层从第一状态向第二状态转换;或者通过用发光装置对门体结构1进行照射,使得被照射部分的门体结构1从第一状态向第二状态进行转换,进而实现了从门体结构外侧2观察内桶的容纳空间。
为了方便上述特殊人士通过材料涂层6查看到尽可能多的视角,防止盲点的出现,设置材料涂层6覆盖内侧面面积的一半以上,同时材料涂层6尽可能的设于内侧面的中部。
实施例三
如图5和图6所示为本实施例提供的一种衣物处理设备,该衣物处理设备的门体结构1包括外框7和具有中空结构的内框8,在内框8和外框7之间设置有,能够使门体结构1在第一状态和第二状态间转换的材料涂层6,材料涂层6为独立的结构,材料涂层6在增加温度、增加电压或光照的情况下,能够使门体结构1在第一状态和第二状态间转换。进一步的,材料涂层6在与开口相对的一侧为凸面。具有凸面的材料涂层6可以扩大用户的视野,上述特殊人士通过材料涂层6查看到尽可能多的视角,防止盲点的出现。
实施例四
如图3和图4所示为本实施例提供的一种衣物处理设备,该衣物处理设备的门体结构1具有透视窗,透视窗的一侧设置有百叶窗结构,当门体结构1打开时,百叶在闭合状态下形成一平面或凸面,在相对衣物取放口的一侧表面设置有能够形成镜面效果的材料或结构;百叶闭合覆盖透视窗为门体结构的第一状态,镜面4将内桶底部入射至镜面4的光线反射至箱体外侧,用户可从镜面4观察到遗漏的衣物影像A,避免在内桶中有遗漏的衣物B;百叶开启,两两相邻百叶之间的间隙配合透视窗形成门体结构第二状态的透视结构,便于用户在门体结构外侧2观察衣物处理设备5工作时的内桶情况。
实施例五
如图3和图4所示为本实施例提供的一种衣物处理设备,该衣物处理设备的门体结构1具有透视窗,透视窗的一侧设置有卷帘式柔性镜;卷帘式柔性镜在展开状态下相对所述衣物取放口的一侧表面设置有能够形成镜面效果的材料或结构。
卷帘式柔性镜展开形成门体结构1的第一状态时,至少部分覆盖门体结构1;更优选地,卷帘式柔性镜的镜面4呈一平面或凸面。
具体的,卷帘式柔性镜自动或手动展开,覆盖所述透视窗,为所述门体结构的第一状态;门体结构1的内侧面形成镜面效果,门体结构1处于第一状态下,镜面4将内桶底部入射至镜面4的光线反射至箱体外侧,用户可从镜面4观察到遗漏的衣物影像A,避免在内桶中有遗漏的衣物B;卷帘式柔性镜卷起配合透视窗形成所述门体结构第二状态的透视结构,便于用户在门体结构外侧2观察衣物处理设备5工作时的内桶情况。
实施例六
本实施例提供一种衣物处理设备,该衣物处理设备还包括获取容纳空间内部图像的摄像单元,和将摄像单元采集的图像输出显示的显示单元,显示单元显示摄像单元获取的容纳空 间内部状况形成门体结构1的第二状态的显示结构。
具体地,摄像单元设置在门体结构1朝向衣物取放口的一侧,显示单元设置在门体结构1朝外的一侧。当门体结构1打开处于第一状态,设置在门体结构1内侧的镜面4将容纳空间内部入射至镜面4的光线反射至箱体外侧,用户可从镜面4观察到遗漏的织物影像A,避免在内桶中有遗漏的织物B;当门体结构1闭合处于第二状态时,设置在门体结构1内侧的摄像单元获取的容纳空间内部的状态通过设置在门体结构外侧的显示单元呈现至外侧,便于用户在门体结构外侧2观察衣物处理设备5工作时的空间内部的情况;
进一步的,摄像单元也可设置在桶组件内,便于更大范围的获取容纳空间内部的情况。
实施例七
如图2至图4所示,为本实施例提供的一种衣物处理设备,还包括感应单元,用于获取衣物处理设备5的运行状态,并发出相应的感应信号;感应信号用于触发门体结构1在第一状态和第二状态间的转换;感应单元包括温度传感器、机械振动传感和电信号传感器中任意一种或几种的组合。
具体来说,感应单元的类型可分为很多种,开闭状态传感器,用于判断门体结构1的开闭状态;温度传感器,适用于可加热衣物处理设备5,由温升变化来判定衣物处理设备5有无工作;机械振动传感器,机器运行时会产生振动,由此来判定衣物处理设备5有无工作;电信号传感器判断机器是否通电。
实施例八
本实施例是本发明提供的一种衣物处理设备的控制方法,如图7所示,该方法用于上述实施例一至实施例七但不限于上述的衣物处理设备5,衣物处理设备5断电,门体结构1处于第一状态;衣物处理设备5通电,至少在工作状态下,门体结构1转换为第二状态。
具体地,当衣物处理设备5断电时,门体结构1处于第一状态,即为门体结构1的常态;当衣物处理设备通电状态下,检测门体结构1是否闭合,若是,则门体结构1转换为第二状态,门体结构1将容纳空间内状态直接或间接呈现至外侧的观察结构;
进一步地,在衣物处理设备5通电状态下,若检测门体结构1开启,则门体结构1也能转换为第一状态,门体结构1相对投放口的内侧面形成镜面,镜面将容纳空间内部入射至镜面的光线反射至容纳空间外侧,用户可从镜面4观察到桶内的衣物影像,以更换或者取出本次不洗涤的衣物。
实施例九
本实施例还提供一种衣物处理设备的控制方法,如图8所示,本实施例与实施例八的区别是在衣物处理设备5通电状态下,检测衣物处理设备5是否启动工作,即衣物处理设备5是否开始运行,若是,则门体结构1转换为第二状态,门体结构1将容纳空间内状态直接或间接呈现至外侧的观察结构;进一步地,在衣物处理设备5通电状态下,检测衣物处理设备5是否启动工作,如果衣物处理设备5未启动工作,则门体结构1转换为第一状态。
在此处所提供的说明书中,说明了大量具体细节。然而,能够理解,本发明的实施例可以在没有这些具体细节的情况下实践。在一些实例中,并未详细示出公知的方法、结构和技术,以便不模糊对本说明书的理解。

Claims (10)
- 一种衣物处理设备,包括桶组件和门体结构,所述桶组件的内部具有容纳衣物的容纳空间,其特征在于:所述门体结构具有第一状态和第二状态;其中,在所述第一状态下,所述门体结构相对所述容纳空间衣物取放口的一侧形成镜面反射结构;在所述第二状态下,所述门体结构为获得所述容纳空间内部状况的观察结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于:所述观察结构为直接观察所述容纳空间内部状况的透视结构或间接显示所述容纳空间内部状况的显示结构。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于:所述门体结构的第一状态与所述门体结构开启衣物取放口的状态对应,所述门体结构的第二状态与衣物处理设备工作时所述门体结构闭合衣物取放口的状态对应。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于:所述门体结构具有透视窗,透视窗的一侧设置有,能够使所述门体结构在所述第一状态和所述第二状态间转换的材料涂层;优选地,所述材料涂层在增加温度、增加电压或光照的情况下,能够使所述门体结构在所述第一状态和所述第二状态间转换。
- 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于:所述门体结构包括外框和具有中空结构的内框,所述材料涂层设置在所述外框和所述内框之间。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于:所述门体结构具有透视窗,透视窗的一侧设置有百叶窗结构,百叶在闭合状态下相对所述衣物取放口的一侧表面设置有能够形成镜面效果的材料或结构;优选地,所述百叶窗结构闭合覆盖所述透视窗,为所述门体结构的第一状态;所述百叶窗结构开启,两两相邻百叶之间的间隙配合透视窗形成所述门体结构第二状态的透视结构。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于:所述门体结构具有透视窗,所述透视窗的一侧设置有卷帘式柔性镜,所述卷帘式柔性镜在展开状态下相对所述衣物取放口的一侧表面设置有能够形成镜面效果的材料或结构;优选地,所述卷帘式柔性镜展开覆盖所述透视窗,为所述门体结构的第一状态;所述卷帘式柔性镜卷起配合透视窗形成所述门体结构第二状态的透视结构。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于:还包括,获取容纳空间内部图像的摄像单元,和将摄像单元采集的图像输出显示的显示单元,所述显示单元显示所述摄像单元获取的所述容纳空间内部状况形成所述门体结构第二状态的显示结构;优选地,所述摄像单元设置在所述门体结构朝向所述衣物取放口的一侧或者设置在所述桶组件的内部,所述显示单元设置在所述门体结构朝外的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于:所述门体结构包括感应单元,用于获取所述门体结构处于的位置状态,并发出相应的感应信号;所述感应信号用于触发门体结构在所述第一状态和所述第二状态间的转换;优选地,所述感应单元包括开闭状态传感器、温度传感器、机械振动传感和电信号传感器中任意一种或几种的组合。
- 一种如权利要求1-9任一所述的衣物处理设备的控制方法,其特征在于:衣物处理设备断电,所述门体结构处于所述第一状态;衣物处理设备通电,至少在工作状态下,所述门体结构转换为所述第二状态;优选地,在衣物处理设备通电状态下,检测所述门体结构是否闭合,若是,则所述门体结构转换为所述第二状态,或者,衣物处理设备启动工作,所述门体结构转换为所述第二状态;还优选地,在衣物处理设备通电状态下,检测所述门体结构是否开启,若是,则所述门体结构转换为所述第一状态。
